New hotel, all is perfect.

Staff took extra money as visitor tax extra 5.50€ per day. Doing booking via booking.com is was written that all taxes are inclusive, at the moment I try to get clearness regarding this extra charge involving booking support. Still no any answer, waiting. Staying in other hotels in Brussels there were no such problem and no any extra charges, all taxes was always included in booking price

The property overall is nice, within budget, and big rooms

Breakfast was absolutely basic, we expected it to be better, not even Bacon or Sausage.

Breakfast is excellent with variety of foods. Staff are supportive and friendly.

Additional charges for car parking is a negative one

While waiting to check in (there was a bus load of young people checking in as a group) talked for a while with Noah in the bar, who was an IHG employee who traveled from IHG to IHG locations performing audits. He was very nice and even provided us with complimentary soft drinks and a bar snack. Very nice person and left an excellent impression regarding staffing at this hotel.

Had a little issue with getting our room key to scan on the elevator (Scan to input floor on buttons), but tried enough times to get to our floor. They could have been a little more up front on the "FREE SHUTTLE". Had to take a short walk around to the back of hotel (Ok there), but shuttle bus was on a 35 to 45 minute route schedule, not on demand, and you need to be careful about timing that schedule with your departure time and not miss the bus.

We liked the room even though the air conditioning wasn't working well on the first night we stayed there. That was very unfortunate and uncomfortable. Also, there was confusion regarding the parking, where we could get free parking and where it wasn't. It seemed very difficult for the hotel employee to explain where we could park our car for free. When we finally had figured it out we went into the room and found out the room wasn't cleaned yet so we had to go downstairs again to ask for a different room. Furthermore, one of the elevators wasn't working properly; it could only go up and down to the parking in the basement which created long lines and frustrations with other visitors during business hours or checking out times.

Breakfast was good, but still could be better. the rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities provided were a hair dryer, iron, clean towels, cups, and a water boiler. overall, it was satisfying!

the hotel is out of the city and close to the airport, so more suitable if you have a car. the facilities could be better, for example, there was no toothpaste in the rooms! on the website, it has been mentioned that the parking is free, but only the open surrounding one was free (if you could find a spot!) and the underground parking was 25 per day! but overall, it was satisfying!

This hotel is a good option for a convenient stay near the airport. It offers comfort and the essential services needed for a pleasant experience. The breakfast is enjoyable, and the rooms are both quiet and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The internet connection in my room was unreliable, often cutting in and out. I was unable to cast to the TV due to internet issues—this was a problem I didn't experience during a previous stay. Additionally, the service at the restaurant and bar was incredibly slow, so I would recommend dining elsewhere for a quicker more pleasant experience.

The hotel offers great value for money. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view, making our stay very pleasant. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, although it is a bit far from the airport. Overall, a good stay for the price.

While the hotel itself is nice and well-priced, there are some areas that need improvement. Some of the reception staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast options were quite limited, and cleanliness was an issue—especially around the juice machine, which was out of order and messy. While one staff member was helpful in offering an alternative, the overall breakfast experience was disappointing.

I give it 10 stars because I booked this hotel for 80€, which was exactly what I expected. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The check-in process was instant. The hotel was brand new. If you're traveling by car, parking is only available for a fee. The bus to the airport departs every 45 minutes.

I couldn't afford to extend my reservation. My room on Sunday cost 80€, and I wanted to stay longer, but the hotel raised the price to 150€ on Monday and 200€ on Tuesday. I thought it was too expensive, so I changed hotels.
