Stunning hotel and perfect location in the City Centre area. The reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was fabulous and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great shower room.

The energy of the breakfast service staff was very low, and a lack of customer focus was obvious from 2-3 of the servers. Hopefully it was just a bad day. We attended during the middle of breakfast service and clean plates and bowls were not available, we had to ask for them twice and we received a little attitude in response. We also had to ask 2 different people to replenish the milk.

The location is perfect. Beds are comfy! Maxime was very helpful. He made sure we were taken care of Jean and Andre as well as Joe were very accomodating! Breakfast is okay.

We found a cockroach but it is good if this isnt an issue to you :) The wifi connection wasnt as good as expected. Netflix or other internet stream isnt available or not very user friendly for elders.

We received a very friendly and professional welcome at the Marriott. (End of december 2024) The entire superteam was very attentive and very helpful. The breakfast is very tasty with an extensive choice of fresh products. Our room (158) was very clean, very spacious and really quiet. Furthermore, the Marriott hotel is perfectly located and central for visiting Brussels. The private parking is an absolute added value, but, as a passionate car enthusiast, it is not easy at all to drive in and out of your parking -1 and -2 without a single scratch. Please remove the high concrete edges and sharp concrete corners that damage the car and the rims far too easily. Alle the color and rubber marks and scratches prove that many Marriott clients damage their car and/or rims here.This is really bad. (1 hour with the grinder and the problem is solved) We are big fans of the Marriott hotel and we will definitely come back here. Thanks for the fantastic stay!

The location is excellent and only a 10 minute walk from central train station . It’s just off the main square and lots of activity , restaurants , shops and bars All the staff are really lovely and very helpful Rooms were very clean and bathroom also .walk-in large shower Breakfast was very good and a large choice for every taste If you are looking for some restaurants away from the crowded area , Saint Catherine’s is only a 10 min walk away and have some lovely restaurants , a French restaurant we went to on two nights La Boussole , it’s really lovely .The rugbyman we tried and wasn’t nice and they packed people in .

The staff are very helpful, everyone speaks English very very well. The hotel's location is wonderful so that we can find food and shops very easily. Locate right next to the subway station (Beurs station) and is only 3 stations from the brussels midi station. The breakfast is wonderful, especially with the waffle machines. Also thumbs up to have free water machines on each floor so that we don't need to worry about drinking water. It is a shame we need to leave without staying more nights, the hotel is one of the reasons my wife and I fall in love with the city of Brussels .

Unfortunately the wifi connection on the bed in our room is a bit weak. But connection is much better in the toilet of our room and in the restaurant. Guess one more router needs to be installed.

The beds and pillows are comfortable. The slippers and towels have good quality. Breakfast is varied and tasty. We were with our toddler and they gave us a bed for him for free. It is very close to most attractions, metro 20 m from the hotel.

We booked a superior room-high floor and in the description it was written city view. We had the view of their building exterior (it’s like an “O” shape building and the window does not open wide. In the first night it was very cold (in the room were about 19-20 degrees even if their AC was working) and after a lot of complainings the gentleman on duty gave us a portable unit that solved our problem (I say gentleman because he was the only one that cared about our problem, the lady that made our check in was sour like a lemon). At restaurant, it’s expensive but they have a good chef.

The location is fantastic for someone visiting Brussels especially for leisure. The breakfast for very good and the hotel and rooms were very clean and newly refurbished.

Upon arrival there was a letter in normal (small) fonts at the reception desk indicating that the water in the hotel would be cut off in all of the hotel between 22:00 - 05:00 that evening!!! I happened to notice it, though others did not, as there was no explicit warning from the staff. I asked for a bucket to store water and they told me none was available! Upon my insistence they gave us 4 X 500ml water bottles!!! I believe the way management handled the problem was horrible. A problem with the water can occur but you should inform the client, find immediate remedies and offer something for the nuisance. They did nothing before, during or after... Less important for me, the TV and telephone did not work but I did not bother to ask them to fix it, just told them upon departure.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and helpful front desk staff made me feel welcome. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious and diverse selection of food and drinks. My room was impeccably clean and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. Its location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the Grand Place and a 15-minute drive from Brussels Midi Station, making it easy to explore the city.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was with the air conditioner. It suddenly stopped working, but the staff promptly addressed the issue by providing a portable air conditioner.

Perfect even for the pickiest of guests! An exceptional stay from every possible angle, 100% satisfaction throughout: excellent central location by the Grand Place, a very spacious, front-facing room, yet quiet, with seating and working space and an enormous bed with extremely comfy mattress and pillows, spacious bathroom, courteous and competent maids, Aircon manually controlled rather than centrally controlled, pleasant room temperature unlike other hotels, speedy wifi and the most delicious breakfast with such a grand selection of offerings, not seen elsewhere ; even a juicer to prepare your own special blend of freshly pressed fruits and vegetables... My goodness!

I had a really comfortable stay here. The hotel is right in the city center, making everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. The room itself was clean and cozy.

A couple of small issues: there’s ongoing construction behind the building (no noise, though), and on the sixth floor, the window is smaller than the photos suggest hopefully they update the pictures soon. Also, one day housekeeping only came at around 5 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient right after returning from a conference.
