Very quiet, convenient location and clean, comfortable, simple decor.

Mostly very clean and well kept, with a few ‘strangenesses’ that could be corrected, but not sure cleaning staff (or anyone) is really paying close attention: accumulated debris and cigarette butts on “balcony”-(which is actually a fire-escape); distressed bathroom floor needs to be re-painted; NO amenities in bathroom- (shower and sink soap dispensers were both completely empty); left-bedside wall-lamp is wonky; and interesting OOPS on the carpeting from bleach spilled & spread on the pattern! The bed was fairly soft and squishy, but my low back survived the lack of support. On-line check-in process had glitches so it took 3 phone calls to actually get entry codes!

The Bed was fantastic. The bed cover and the mattress were so comfortable. The shower was really nice and warm. The location is great for exploring the inner city. The staff were very helpful when I had a question on how to turn on the lights. The heating was working great. I Had a very small room so it heated up fast, which was necessary as the days I spent were very rainy and cold.

The only thing I can give a remark on is that it was very dusty on the surfaces like the bed tables and on the floor.

It is on the street, that goes straight to Bourse station and through that you will reach Grand Place of Brussel.

I was able to get in to my reserved room earlier and I saw previous clients garbage. My room was clean direct at 16:00. I found, that you need to put similar size card in to electricity panel, to start work. When finally worked Tv, there I found wifi password, etc. You need to contact and ask for everything through messages.

I was unsure how yo get into the room, because the lighting was dim and the buttons on the door handle were hard to see, but once I was in the room it was a very nice room. We'll located, quiet, and well appointed.

I struggled to get the reservation set up. It was not clear how to pay the deposit, and for whatever reason the message with the room and building codes did not appear. All got set up a good day in advance, however, and the messaging system worked pretty well. The support was quite good.

contactless check-in and check-out, clean room. good value for money, you could hardly get anything better for the price we paid. There was an elevator in the building so it wasn't a problem that our room was on the third floor.

When I accidentally locked my key card inside the room it was a bit difficult to get it back as they didn't have any staff on site and the replacement keys they gave me didn't work at first. But they did solve the issue so it was all okay in the end. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the shower, but we didn't complain about it to them so they couldn't have known, unless they had checked when cleaning...

The apartment was clean, spacious and the location is just perfect too close to the metro station and city center. All the required facilities are available. It will be great if think about having a boiler inn the apartment particularly for coffee lovers

The Ac was not working, so i had to open the window to have some fresh air, however the maintenance came to check the AC but nothing has been fixed during my stay. I can't say this will take any credit from the apartment. However the AC and other facilities should be checked before guest arrival.

Location: the hotel was very close to the center of the city, which made it very easy for us to walk around the main tourist attractions. Easy access: the hotel doesn't have a receptionist, it's all digital, very easy to understand, they send you a access code and a code to retrieve the key to your room.

Everything was fine, according to the expected

We visited Brüssel for the first time as a couple this june/july and are super happy and pleased with our stay at Pacific Hotel. The room was exacly as the pictures online and really nice and clean. We also love the design and colors! We slept extremely well and the bed was amazing and we loved the balcony with the street view. The check-in was also nice and easy and the staff was very helpful, polite and really quick to answer on email and phone. They also have a place not far from the hotel to either leave the luggage and/or hang out in a chill-area while you’re waiting for check in or wait for your flight. We are very happy and pleased with our stay and will definitely recomend it! And if we go back to Brüssel we would stay here again! Thank you so much! 10/10 from us! :-)
