The hotel is located exactly in the city centre, you literally have it around the corner. Also, there are many places nearby to have a drink or just have food. I'd suggest the "Rustic" restaurant which is a romanian restaurant at like 5 minutes walk by the hotel. The double room it's just enough for 2 people, cleaning was good as well. Last but not least, there's a drink/food area in the hall where you can buy water and all kind of drinks. It's a bit pricey but if you are thirsty, it's a life saver.

To be honest I can't think of any downside during our stay, we spent most of the time exploring the city.

The location was fabulous right in the heart of Brussels where you can walk to go to La Grande's place, stunning and a worth visiting during the day as the night. The area is surrounded by lords of restaurants and fast food. It was very safe to walk from the hotel to the surrounded, especially if you want to have a break and come back later on. The staff were wonderful, we got free upgrades thanks to the beautiful receptionist who's the name I cannot remember and it was facing St Catherine Cathedral. Will definitely come back and highly recommend anyone

The staff were extremely welcoming, the hotel was a good price, the room was clean. The extra request prior to check in was followed. First time visiting the area and staff were helpful with information. The use of the secure room to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check out was a big help. It was quite during the night hours. Staff on hand 24/7 which was very reassuring. You made our first trip to Brussels stress free with a comfortable stay. Will deffinatly stay again in the near future.

I have no complaints. Staff were excellent. The only thing that would of been a added bonus was if there was a kettle in our room but that didn't impact our stay as there was coffee machine at reception for a small cost to use.

Breakfast was quite good and good value. Location was very good for access to walking areas of Brussels. The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for departure.

We arrived too early for our room. But we were offered an already available room if we agreed to pay EUR30,00 for a Membership Club. I consider this charge unreasonable and rejected it. We left our baggage and went out, and when we returned at about 2.30pm none of the staff at the desk took any action to advise room availability until I approached the desk at 2,55pm. The attendant said "oh yes your room is ready". A more proactive approach would have been appreciated.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Not only was it within walking distance of the city centre, but the metro was conveniently located so further destinations like the Atom or Train Station were accessible. Though they had told us that we had to pay to check-in early, when we arrived before noon, this was not a problem. The room is small, but convenient and what we needed for a short stay in the city.

You get what you pay for. A lot of additional luxuries are paid for, like renting an umbrella, leaving your luggage after check-out, checking-in early. My partner asked the bar for a glass to drink the beer he had bought in the hotel store, but was told he needed to buy at the bar to get a glass. All of the above is not bad, but it something to be aware of. Something also to be aware of is that Brussels seems to have thin windows because you can hear everything outside, not only in this hotel but other buildings too.

I asked for a quiet room, and I got a perfectly quiet room, not a noise to disturb my sleep/work! The location was perfectly convenient with easy access to metro stations (and it allowed me to discover an area of the city I didn't know well). Staff was welcoming and smiling and made me feel that I was in good hands. The room/bathroom was a bit small but I was alone in it so it was comfortable.

A bit more space (e.g. to do my yoga session) would have been nice. No view as the room was looking onto an internal courtyard, but quietness was more important than the view during this trip so fine.

Great location, close to the centre of BRU with lots of nice places to eat around. Friendly and helpful staff.

The place would deserve some TLC as some parts are used (e.g. carpets in the hallways). Very tiny (but clean) bathrooms serve the purpose, although people with special needs might have a problem. I would appreciate having more space.

So central, perfect for our one night stay before the airport trip the following day. Very comfortable bed. Allowed us to check in early and drop luggage off due to the room being cleaned early. Nice extra of a hair dryer and the bathroom lighting was great.

House keeping woke us up at 9.45am to begin cleans although check out was 11am, we had a long day of travel ahead so needed a good rest! Not a lot of space between the bathroom walls and the toilet.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, convenient breakfast times, good and safe location (walking distance halfway between city center and EU institutions, close to super markets, restaurants and shops), easy and quick check in/out procedures. excellent for short business stays.

road works around the hotel which complicate walking access with a suitcase in hand but it is not linked to the property. Noisy staff at breakfast having very loud conversations in the bar area on the second morning which wasn’t the ideal set up at 6.50am

Most of the staff was very helpful and kind, the location was amazing en the bathroom was small but otherwise very decent

Some staff were a bit rude, there were some lacking facilities and the room was not very well designed. While we had booked a slightly bigger room than standard, it was still very small and we barely had any space next to the bed and at the door it was a bit of a struggle with luggage
