Such a great hotel, was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and a great selection. The location is superb, everything you could possibly want on its door step. Most tourists sites within a short 5 minute walk, including the "hop on hop off" bus tour stops. Wifi worked great and a large selection of TV channels to choose from and catering for many languages.

The only things I didn't like where no1. the pillows in the bedrooms were very short more like cushions. no2. there was a slight unpleasant smell in the hallway and upon entering the lobby area

Very clean. Awsome bed - was sure it would be too soft but turned out to be great! Location is 5 min walking from main square.

Limited breakfast (only boiled eggs fex)... which would suffice, but they removed soy milk over the weekend. Also fruit selection over the weekend was poor. Would not hurt to have another non dairy optin (like oat milk). So if u have any dietary limitations, stay during the week ;) Also food is not marked with alergens and kitchen staff (though friendly) speaks veeeery little english.

My first time visiting Brussels, The staff were fantastic! The location is great (There is a restaurant on the street behind the hotel that is really good and the staff are great too, Called "9 et voisins". The room was fantastic and the bed was very comftable, If you require a quiet room you can ask on your booking for a room at the back of the hotel. Some advice, If you head out at night time avoid going south of the city as it seems to be not as safe as the rest of the city.But the hotel and hotel location is a safe place 🙂

Really great place in the heart of the city; the Grand-Place is only a few minutes away, so is the Christmas market. The personnel was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was tidy and clean. I liked the city-themed rooms and the information boards as design details. The price was surprisingly good compared to other options nearby. We’ll be back.

Water pressure and temperature needs some attention in the bathroom, but nothing unbearable. I suggest a little more variety to breakfast (it is basically the same every morning).

The hotel location is perfect. Stationed besides St Catherin, a lovely church and a plaza with nice restaurants. Most importantly, 4 minutes walk from the tram/metro system, and an 8 minutes walk from the marvellous Grote Markt plaza. We could reach all of our scheduled activities within a maximum 15-minute walk. The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. Our 2 bed room was clean and pretty much comfortable.

The room's mino-fridge wasn't cooling enough. We've put some fresh fruits inside it since the breakfast only offered jam or canned fruit salad. Speaking about it, the breakfast was fair, mostly made of charcuterie and bread. Personally, we would have loved to see a brussel special item, a waffle station, for example, would've been wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The buffet breakfast had a good range of options and the staff were all very helpful. The hotel is in a really central location, just 10 minutes walk from the Grande Place. Would happily stay here again.

Our room was at the back of the building so we didn't have a nice view, but it was a quiet room and we were out most of the time anyway so it didn't bother us.

The location for this property could not have been better. The bed was very comfortable and the room was comfortable and adequate for using as a base. i would stay again as it was such a good location and many of the sites we wanted to visited were within walking distance. The desk staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was not good. Their was alack of choice and the buffet was often not well stocked. The fruit was not fresh and there was. alck of hot food items.

The room is larger than those in other nearby hotels. The reception staff are very friendly and work efficiently. The location is quiet yet central. Breakfast isn’t luxurious, but everything you need is there — I especially enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruit salad. If I had to mention one small thing, the fridge could be a bit cooler. But overall, the value for money is excellent for a hotel in central Brussels. My colleague and I will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Atlas Hotel! The staff was friendly and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for getting around the city. The room was beautifully decorated in a modern style, spotlessly clean and had a warm ambiance. We appreciated the daily towel service and the high-quality shower gel, shampoo and soap provided. The breakfast buffet was good, offering a wide variety of items to suit every taste. A fantastic experience overall!!

Great location, very hospitable staff, spaceous and clean room.

Breakfast needs a set of heated choices as well, like scambled eggs, mushrooms, sausages etc. Also i do not understand the whole idea behind those massive key chains. Both from the perspective of comfort and energy saving, the hotel would do better by switching to a card based key system. I do not want to leave my key at the reception every time i leave the hotel and have to ask for it when i return.
