Quiet location, excellent standard of accommodation been coming here on and off for nearly 10 years and still looks as fresh and clean as when we first stayed. Excellent for an overnight stay or as a base to explore this area of Belgium. Great breakfast and beautiful roses growing all around the farm.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Do not miss this dream B&B in the middle of a neat rose farm, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, superclean bathrooms, delicious warm breakfast freshly made by the Host. Even the driving through the quiet and peaceful village to the farm gave a sense of rural tranquility. Best overnight stay if you visit this area or just bypassing. Parking is free, bikeroads are near, the air is crisp and fresh, and the hosts are welcoming. A+

This is a gem of a place. The location may seem out of the way if you just look on a map, but as long as you have your own transport, it's a really great spot. It's within easy driving distance of Ghent, Brugge, Antwerp, Brussels, and more. Nearby Aalst is a proper small city and is maybe 10 minute's drive. And yet, the B&B itself is in quiet countryside. Amazing. The proprietress was amazingly helpful, kind, and courteous. She really went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast was much better than I expected from the photos. Fresh made to order egg, plenty of coffee, great pastries. All top notch. The garden is a really nice touch. The photos don't do it justice.

The lighting in the rooms is a bit dim. Option for a double bed over 2 singles would be nice.

Shower in my room wouldn't work - I asked for help and it still wouldn't work I was hoping to be offered to use a shower in another room, but wasn't, so had to make do with a handwash which wasn't ideal at the start of the day

Very friendly people, we knew it was a bed and breakfast place. Beautiful location, very well tended gardens. Secure shed to store our bike overnight. Made a local restaurant recommendation which worked well. Good breakfast

The room was of a good standard and the choice at breakfast was great

The distance from the motorway was far too much and quite difficult to get to,and the person who welcomed us wouldn't win the personality of the year

No view from my room - windows were skylights No tea or coffee in room However, these were only small issues

Location was a bit out of the way considering taxis seem to have to be booked about an hour in advance. We were unaware of thi. We had expected to be able to get a taxi within at least 15minutes of ordering

Personally - although tea and coffee available downstairs - we would have liked a small kettle and tea and coffee to be able have early morning refreshments on waking without having to go downstairs before breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and served in a bright space. Beautiful to see all the roses and flowers. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean.

Value for money, nice breakfast and clean accommodation.

A fan would have been handy for the night when it was super hot. 2 single mattresses kept coming apart during the night. Only tiny remarks though, overall we really enjoyed our stay.
