It’s located minutes from the Motorway and so easy to find. There’s some road parking and secure underground garage parking (paid). If you have an electric car, there are several Tesla fast charges to regenerate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One person of whom must be worth mentioning is Ruby. Her interpersonal skills make her an outstanding member of the team. There’s bar food which can be ordered via a barcode directly from your phone and delivered to table with draught and bottled beers to satisfy your thirst.

The location was convenient and easy to access. Arrived on Friday evening, the receptionist changed us room as soon as we reported the light issue. The breakfast buffet has a large choice of food for every taste.

I was charged for the stay when booked online although I selected the rate to pay at arrival.

The only problem is parking, but we were very lucky this time ! We were travelling in two vans and we stayed for two nights; on both occasions we managed to get the vans close to the front of the hotel, which is important for security. On a previous visit we had to park behind the hotel, though, which isn't ideal.

Clean, great staff, decent location

Only half the tv channels worked, okay not purposely of visit to watch tv but chilling out for a few hours before going for dinner would have been nice. Apart from that, breakfast a little expensive but okay

A great location, very good breakfast, the rooms are totally fine - clean, comfortable, especially I liked the bathroom which is typically the worst place in most hotel rooms, but in Ibis Aalst it is absolutely good!

The personnel could be a bit more customer oriented. I cannot say anything bad, but the guys could work faster when there is a long queue at the check in.

my stay was good the hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and breakfast was good lots of choices. the things I didn’t quite like about the hotel was the following -no kettle provided for tea/coffee etc -tv was small and far away from bed(not great with people who’s vision are not so great) -lighting was an issue the room was too dark and lights were placed in different angles and didn’t cover most of the room -smoking area was directly below up and every time we opened the window the room was covered with the cigarette smell

Not obvious where to park and the huge ramp in front of the hotel damaged the splitter on my friend's car. Breakfast average, pancakes cold and no maple syrup.

We are facing difficulty electrical switches very limited for multiples persons need near the beds for easy work on lab top and mobile charges. there was no proper double bed just joint two single is not comfortable this split later night.

I was travelling through Germany and onto the UK. It started to rain heavily, and the roads ground to a halt as they often do around Brussels. I booked this hotel at very short notice, and the welcome I received was awesome, resulting in a fabulous night's rest and recuperation prior to my onward journey. The Staff were outstanding!

Private secure parking on site, although this attracts a small additional charge. Very close to the motorway so ideal for an overnight stop. Food available from a small menu but adequate to not require guests to search out anything else local. Rooms clean and functional.

Lived up to expectations so no complaints.
