location was good. the problem was parking. I ticked parking & wi-fi when I booked in the internet. But when we get to the area they don't have a parking space and the receptionist told us that we can park but we have to pay. we we're shocked as I requested for parking. anyway, we arrived around 5pm and we have to pay 2 hrs (5pm-7pm free till 9am the following day).

room was okay and ventilation. though some of the stuffs are broken like the drawer under the sink, electric fan but they replaced it.

Its clean, they have a nice shower and the staff is friendly. Only the breakfast is a bit mid. Its definitely with the money and the location is perfect, just know that your next to a train station and a lot of different people come there, it has nothing to do with the hotel. But just keep it in mind. This was my second time being a happy guest

The location, the bed was very comfortable.

Toilets need a little bit of cleaning. TV not working. Staff hardly spoke English fluently. It's Belgium Flanders: staff need to understand that customers are not interested in their local language policies to only SPEAK Nederland in Flanders

The property is ideally located a couple of minutes from the train / bus station and a few minutes walk from the Main Street with shopping, cafes etc. Staff sorted check-in swiftly. The front desk is available at all times. The value for money is exceptional, so is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels across Europe but the accommodating nature of the staff here is something you don’t come across very often unless booking a high end hotel - I am so grateful to them. The room was clean, spacious and exceeded expectations, really positive experience. There was a fridge in my room. Pleased there was breakfast. If you want a convenient place to stay which is good value, and where staff do their utmost to help, then I would highly recommend this hotel. It is however not a 5 star hotel (and they’re not marketing themselves as such), if you want a 5 star hotel you will need to book somewhere else and pay for such service. However, this hotel gets full marks and 5 stars from me and my purposes.

There was nothing I disliked, I will book again in the future.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly place to stay.

At this price, of course things are quite basic. But my single room was comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the location is tremendous. Happily stay here again.

Decor and facilities are a bit shabby. But tbh at this price point, can't realistically complain about such things.

Staff were very kind and supportive. They resolved issues quickly.

Cleaning guy need to be alert. Someone from other rooms or above was causing lots of noise till midnight.

Nice hotel, in front of the train station that takes you to Brussels in 25min. Alost is a great city to go and the hotel is 10min by walking to the center (and the park is a must seen!). I've had the room 207, it's very small but you have everything you need for a few days.

It's not very quiet because of the train and bus stations.. Maybe the price is a little too much for what it is.

The property location is excellent. It is located right next to Aalst train and bus station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is not fancy in any way but the room was perfect for my purpose; clean and comfortable. Shower was good.

Although at check-in the guy spoke virtually no English, we managed somehow, understanding a little bit of Dutch. The hotel is located conveniently right next to the train station and very close to the city centre.
