Space was perfect for our family of 4 for a short break. Really handy that the kitchen was separate and the windows opened fully. The owner was kind and stored our bags after checkout for later collection. Nice to have teas , coffees and milk for arrival. Really handy for Bara Midi train station.

It was shame the balcony was just decorative. We didn't stay during a particularly hot spell and the apartment was very warm. We couldn't leave the windows open as far too noisy outside, very quiet though when shut. About a 20 min walk in, so as expected, but not a particularly nice area to walk through...of course this reflects in the reasonable price. Had difficulty with the oven, but this was quickly resolved.

The apartment is conveniently located a very short walk to the station perfect for our plans to travel to Brugge and get the early Eurostar. The hosts were friendly and were good at communicating, they let us check in early and leave all our bags even though the room was not ready. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a great size for a group of four adults. It was also very well stocked with all the facilities necessary such as coffee, soaps and kitchenware. Finally a deposit of 100 Euro is taken but it was returned immediately.

Not really a negative for us but the lift is very small for those with mobility problems and if visiting the centre of Brussels the walk is not the most convenient but we prefer being near the station.

It's a very good location, a five minute walk from Brussels Midi/Zuid station, which was convenient for us because we were also going to see other cities rather than just Brussels, but it is also pretty close walking distance to the city center. The apartment was great, the kitchen was absolutely perfect (equipped with anything and everything you might need, including a complimentary basket with tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and it was definitely comfortable and just as shown in the pictures. We were also impressed with how secure the building was. You need a code for 2 different doors and a chip to enter the third door, so we really felt super safe ! The host was great and returned our deposit really promptly after we left. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and also some grocery stores if you want to cook yourself.

Everything was great, just beware if you come with a lot of luggage that the elevator is small and cannot fit a lot so you might have to make more trips (wasn't a problem for us).

The nearest stop for tootbus tour for Brussel is around 20 min walk The security deposit at booking.com says 86Euro while we have to deposit 100 Euro after we reached property. It takes around a day to come back to your account after you have checked out

location of the hotel is just 5-7 min walk from Gare du Midi station , kitchen facility was good , receptionist was friendly , provided the early check in to us around 11:30 AM that was the best thing ( but as receptionist said we were lucky because room was available) , one double bed and one single bed was provided so 3 people can easily stay . one , one amazing thing was ceiling fan was there and also table fan also provided: overall its a good choice.

lift was very small only 2 person can stand ,one good thing for Indian people is that in toilet they have water jet but bad thing was that its has very slow water flow so its no use. ceiling fan also was not working well , sometimes its working , sometimes its not working. Also they have asked 100 euro deposit on card , and expected the kitchen same way as it was given. Also in our absence some cleaning staff came and clean the room without informing us so be careful and do not leave your important thing at room in your absence.

It is close to the Brussels Midi station and a small supermarket. After passing the reception, it is easy to get into the building with the code. The room is wide, clean and equipped with everything you need during your stay, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc. We were told that around the Brussels Midi station was not very safe, but the distance from the station was relatively close, and halfway along the road, there were bus stops and pedestrian crossings, so visibility was good.

There was enough space for my family of four, and my teenagers had separate beds/sleeping areas in the room. The WiFi was great!

The toilet room was tiny & tight, and there were limited/very few wall outlets for us to use. They don't advertise that the height of their parking garage is 1.8m, so we had to find alternative parking for our Jeep (it sits at 1.88m) all they said was no SUVs in the message I got, after I booked. The stairs to rooms are VERY tight/small & steep! Upon arrival It's difficult to find the actual door where the office & rooms are, it's tucked between Many other buildings with no parking available to pull in, check in, and unload bags or people. Also, the neighborhood was a little intimidating, Do Not park overnight on the street if you can find a spot, there are many eyes that are watching, and it's also a very loud street until Late into the night.

I really don’t understand the negative comments about the neighborhood. In my opinion, it is a location where you can meet friendly people and feel a part of the culture of Brussels. Moreover, the closeness to the city center is a plus specifically when one travels with young children. The apartment was well-equipped, clean and comfortable.

The cleaners have forgotten to lock the door after they have left the apartment. But it was not a real problem, since the building is a quite safe place.

Location is great! Bernard and Christine were very helpful. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom (tub and separate shower- A+). No Ac was the only negative, as the higher summer temps make it would be hard to sleep without it. Close to restaurants and attractions. Top loft with 2 twin beds may be tough to access and has limited headroom ( ok for younger children). Easy to park car on the street with meter.

Great location at walking distance to the sightseeing places. We needed a place with parking and these guys have their own parking garage just 100 m from the hotel. The place was very clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. We don't speak a word of French but we managed to understand eachother fine. The accommodation had everything we needed, it was warm and we felt safe.

If you are a light sleeper, you may be bothered by some street noise but we were fine as it was really minor.
