I really liked housekeeping. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location was close to the Midi-Zuid Station. So that was great. The actual area location was under alot of construction. And you should be careful walking around at night. Especially by yourself. But very convenient. And the room n bed were very comfortable. Loved the shower too!

There wasnt really anything I didnt like! But if i had to say, the room got really hot in the late afternoon as the sun was setting on that side. And the Air conditioning couldve been a little cooler. But it cooled off latee in the evening. And all was well.

Only receiving the entry code on the day made for some unnecessary stress job arrival at the venue. Once we became familiar with the neighbourhood we were comfortable about the location. There were issues with the TV in the room. The provision of coffee capsules and machine was welcomed. Wardrobe space and shelves were good so we could feel "at home". The security of the complex was very good.

Not having access to WiFi until we met one of the cleaners.

Quiet location conveniently close to the MIDI station. Good sized rooms. Comfy beds. Big fluffy towels. Efficient air conditioning. Tea, coffee and water provided, also plates, cutlery, fridge and microwave. Well equipped communal kitchen but no cooking allowed - no explanation given.

We booked the family suite on the top floor. This comprised two bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom. This meant the bathroom was in fact the corridor between the two rooms, which seems a strange arrangement, especially as the whole suite is big enough to have been configured as two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We loved the location! We loved the room. Very spacious and well appointed! All of the luxuries of home. We also loved the area for diverse food choices and great pastries. A very short walk to the metro and only a 20 minute beautiful walk to Grand Place. We also loved the security of needing a key badge to enter. This entire entry is for Les Lofts patrons only. Very romantic and suitable for coitus. Would definitely stay here again!

Could be a little noisy if fully occupied but not much more than a regular hotel.

It was a convenient flat in Brussels, close to the conference I was attending and Brussels Midi. The installations felt new and modern, with high quality beds, bathroom and tons of amenities including a welcome brownie cake.

It looks like the owners manage different flats and the conversations on booking messaging and whatsapp about logistics, invoicing, etc felt a little repetitive and not very professional (even having received messages intended for other people). Also, not a lot of options for food around (especially if you get to the accommodation quite late, like it was my case).

Our indoor accommodations at Les Loftes D'Artistes were beyond anything we expected: the room was beyond spacious, the amenities were plentiful and appreciated, and the bed was quite comfortable. If this room had been offered in another area of Brussels, it would have been priced out of our budget. It had been thoroughly cleaned, and we felt quite welcome when we entered the room.

As others have noted, one potential negative about this site is its location. Certainly, we were glad that it was so close to Brussels Midi station. However, there were few restaurants nearby (other than those at the train station), and the neighborhood was not what we expected. During our first walk to the Grand Place, we encountered a great deal of trash on the sidewalks, and the area did not feel especially friendly. We did not leave our room after 18:00 during our stay, so I cannot attest to the streets in this area at night.

The whole concept of the apartment was unusual for me but I really liked it a lot. There was free water and some cookies available. The apartment and also common area was very nice, clean and it smelled really good (like in wellness). It was also close to the train station.

The area where it is placed, is probably not the nicest areas of Brussels You have to walk quite a lot to get to any restaurant.

The room was practically perfect once we got the refrigerator in place. Details like a towel warmer, beautiful big towels, plenty of hanging clothes storage and drawer storage, double desk area, sturdy safe, luxurious shower, decorative touches, big television, super comfortable beds and linens. Conveniently located near Zuid Midi and Lemmonier stations. Great host communications and accommodations!

I had to wait for the refrigerator to be put in the room.

The property was well furnished and very spacious. The rooms were all a good size and very clean. On top of that, there are communal facilities as well. It's only a few minutes' walk from the Midi train station, which gets you everywhere, and about 10-15 minutes walk of the Grand Place, which is stunning. We had a lovely time, and we would happily recommend. Thank you.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was full of natural light with electric blinds for sleepy time. The service was very good. They would leave little treats for us everyday. My only issue was upon arrival, not knowing which building to ring was a little frustrating. They more than compensated for that with a stocked refrigerator and assistance taking bags to your room.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. I just have a word of caution. If you have limited mobility, notify them upon booking. There is an elevator, but you must go up 2 steep flights of stairs to get to the top floor. The 2nd floor is just as nice but without the skylight.
