A) Over 2 nights, I met 4 stunning receptionists, who were ALL marvelous! B) Water pressure and temperature in shower were amazing. C) Hand-washing liquid was pleasant D) Storage room was great E) Special lockers that were spacious F) Really fast and roomy elevator

A) My room was on the street side, which was SUPER bustling. B) Room size for 4 beds was cramped. C) It was in a neighborhood with a lot of homeless and immigrants D) Price for such accommodation should be cheaper E) The trash bin was overly small, so it got full immediately

spacious bedrooms

the location didn’t seem as safe as the rest of the city, there are constructions in the area so most stores are closed.

The price was very good for four persons in the room, only €28 almost in the heart of Brussels. The zuid midi station is very near 15 minutes walking max and this station is important for traveling to other cities as Gent, Bruges or Antwerp or Amsterdam. Very hot water 24hrs. It is quiet during night. There is elevator for all the floors and the check in is till late midnight and beyond till 00:30. There is reception 24 hrs and you can keep your luggage 🧳 for free.

It could more clean. The garden needs cleaning.

I recently stayed at Brxxl 5 City Centre Hostel with a group of 5 friends for 2 nights. The private room we had was small, but it was nicely organized and clean. The bathroom seemed new and well-maintained. The hostel provided all the necessary amenities, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city center, though the area around the hostel required some caution, especially late at night. On the upside, the hostel was well-connected with public transport, making it easy to get around the city.

Unfortunately, the WiFi in the rooms at Brxxl 5 City Centre Hostel was not reliable, although it worked well in the main area. Safety was a concern at night when returning from the city center, as there were attempts of pickpocketing on our group. Moreover, the limited selection of nearby restaurants was disappointing, as we had to walk at least 10 minutes to reach the city center for better dining options.

Stayed here with 3 friends for recent trip to the city to watch the ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇧🇪 15 mins walk away from city centre so not far at all, stayed in a 4 bed private room with private bathroom, really clean & did the job, no complaints - would defo stay there again in Brussels with the lads. Local area had really nice local patisseries, shops & restaurants. We tried the fish restaurant on the Main Street around the corner from hotel was amazing, fresh fish platters was superb, enough for us all. Hostel arranged parking for me literally around the corner in a private car park €20 a day so not to bad. Ideal for groups 👍

No complaints.

This is a perfect wee hostel! It’s by no means a hotel, which I think the other reviewers are forgetting… it’s clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The receptionist checking us in was very friendly too. My partner and I had a private room with a private bathrooom. There was little to no noise, the shower was clean and had excellent water pressure/temperature. The WiFi was a bit patchy the first night but they had someone fix it the next day (we didn’t say anything, it doesn’t bother us at all) and it was fine from then. It’s a good walking distance to the centre with all the bars, restaurants and museums. The room was perfect for what we needed!

Nothing really!

I liked the location, helpful front desk people, the room was pretty good and definitely a great value for the money. I recommend it and 100% will use it again. The heating inside of the bathroom was great and practical.

The people. Ladies, clean the toilet after you use it!!! Read and follow the rules!!! I don't care what time you show up, - 12am is the time for silence and respect for those sleeping! The room was too hot to sleep at night. I wish there was a way to manually regulate the temperature. Also, it would be great to have a different locker under the bed - the ones they have in the room I stayed are not very practical, the doors unnecessarily heavy. A little shelf inside of the bathroom to put the cosmetics would be ideal.

Loved how friendly the staff were, and just the hostel building itself. Was welcoming and the room was nice.

The street that the hostel is on is pretty rough particularly at night time. I had a phone stolen and my roommate had his watch stolen. Not the hostels fault obviously but something to be wary of when booking. Also the WiFi was perfectly fine when on the ground floor but didn't work well at all from my room.

It was really near the tourist attractions like Manneken Pis, like a good 15-20 minutes walk, and it was near the shopping district too De Brouckere so it’s a really convenient location.

My locker didn’t work well and it was stuck so I believe it wasn’t used for a while either and was quite dirty. The sink clogs up easily and dries slowly. I’m not particular but if you can’t sleep when it’s noisy, there is a bar right below the hostel and goes on till late at night, so you might be affected if you stay on the lower floors.

The location is excelent. Close to some tourist places, restaurants and the metro. If you need save your bags, the provide you one safe space for that.

I think the room was a bit dark.
