Nice fresh feeling to the hotel, friendly staff.

Nothing much, too bad had to miss breakfast this morning because I wanted to catch an early train

The hotel was excellent and matched the photos seen online, clean and modern. Location was perfect for us - a 15/20 minutes walk from Brussels Midi, and then 10/15 minutes walk in the same direction to the city centre. Towels, shower gel, tea/coffee, and water provided in our room. The shower was very good. The bathroom has a dark frosted glass door so if you're worried about privacy, room 21 is a good option for you. Comfortable bed. We were room 21, which faces inside but kept the sun/heat and noise out. Free tea/coffee in reception, some nice hotel merchandise on sale too. Breakfast was very nice too, served opposite reception.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is located at the very centre of Brussel's one of the prime locations. It's 5 min walk from Manneken Pis and 8 min from the Grand Place. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was quite big and value for money. The staffs at reception were very welcoming and cooperative. There are few good cafes around the corner. Had a wonderful night.

Our room window had a view of the backside of the building with wall and spiral staircase😄. Anyway, didn't book with any specific view option. So that was okay since everything else was perfect inside. Next time I am going to book a room with a street view.

The hotel is a decent choice for business travelers in Brussels. It is located about 15 minutes walk from Centraal and in front of the Rouppe square. The staff was polite and efficient. The room was nicely renovated and clean and offered the necessary amenities. Air conditioning was working strongly (which was necessary as my visited coincided with a period of great heat!).

I booked a single person room, which turned out to be quite limited. Even though all necessary elements were available (bed, desk, chair, shower, WC), the setup was not particularly convenient. Also, there was a window which looked over an external staircase, so practically I could not leave it open for security reasons, which made the room a bit claustrophobic. Last, the second of my two-day stay, I didn't have the chance to get breakfast since there was no staff for it. I find this rather disappointing for a professional establishment (+it also caused the additional trouble of having to request the respective compensation through booking).

It was very clean and I'm fussy! The bed was very comfortable. The mirror cleared quickly due to being heated. The staff were great. The location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to and from the train station and also close enough to walk into the centre of town. We chose a cosy room as it is at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Our visit was in April, the heating was just right in the room and has always been good on other visits. I like the decor, it has a boutique hotel feel and some interesting objects and use of furniture.

In this particular room, the toilet was separate (in a cupboard) and opened straight into the room, the door was noisy and the light came on automatically and took a while to go off after the door was closed and a lot of light escaped through the gaps, this wasn't great for the other person trying to sleep. I've stayed here a few times over the past 3 years, the bathroom/toilet layout was probably the worse one. There weren't any shelves to place toiletries near the sink. The throws and cushions over the bed are looking worn, I'm not a fan of these as they probably don't get washed between guests very often, i'd actually rather they weren't used. On previous visits, I thought it was good value but this time I thought it was a little bit expensive for midweek.

Simplistic but fun decor. Really loved the pink tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast was tasty, particularly the handmade Granola. Really good location, just a few minutes walk from city center, and by a lot of cool shops

The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. The hotel is well located and is walking distance from Grand Place and many cool bars and eateries. There is a metro station nearby and laundry facilities only a five minute walk away but not you will need cash to purchase tokens.

The air conditioner in our room was stuck on heating mode, but fortunately we could just open the window at night. Also the restaurant breakfast was very poor, but I don’t think this is managed by the hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel, we just walked to old city center and main tourist sights. The breakfast was very good. The standing shower area is good and I liked that there was no tub. Rooms a clean.

The bathroom light switch was hooked to the mirror heather which caused a lot of heat when turning the lights on on the restroom, we were worried that something was short circuiting but later the front desk staff told us that there was a mistake made by the contractors that renovated the building.

As introverts, we really loved the non-intrusive, quick service and the quiet location of the hotel. 20 minute walk into the heart of the city, cute bar with a huge beer menu right across the street, super comfortable bed and clean room. Having worked in housekeeping at a hotel before, I mean it when I say clean. If we ever return to Brussels, we'll book here again for sure.

The AC was a little inefficient, which wasn't horrible as it was only 20°C outside anyway, but it did get a little sweaty under the blankets. Also, the bathroom door is completely see-through for some reason. I like my privacy, so I had to always warn my boyfriend not to go into that part of the room while I was on the toilet.

A perfect value-for-money hotel. The location was great — we could easily reach everywhere we wanted to go. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. We especially liked the coffee machine at the reception; grabbing a cup before heading out in the morning and sipping it while walking around was a nice touch. Overall, we were really happy with our stay.
