I stayed in the female dorm in this place and found it to be a fantastic experience. It was clean, spacious and convenient. There's an elevator unlike many European places so carrying luggage to the top floor was very pleasant. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Room gets cleaned daily to ensure cleanliness among the shared spaces. I love that the beds were very sturdy so the people sharing the space would not bother the other person. There are also curtains to help with privacy and helps muffle out any sounds by others. Probably the best hostel I've stayed in during my trip to Europe with plenty of rest and sleep. The location was decent and walkable to many places. It's in the center of the city about 7-8 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 15 minutes to the Brussels Central Train station. It's about a 4 minute walk to the 95 bus stop take takes you to different areas of the city center such as Parliament which is on the east part of the city or about a 3 minute walk to a metro station. There are laundry facilities and storage in the basement so it does not bother anyone who is staying in the property and lots of communal space as well.

Wi-fi was annoying. I had to connect to it daily and reset it. It also did not connect well with my laptop, but my cellphone was fine with connecting to it. There's no refrigerator to store any food leftovers if I wanted to due to liability reasons. There are not enough hooks in the room to hang a towel or jacket. There is only a few hooks by the bathroom but it seems like it's permanently occupied with someone else's towels. There's also no hairdryer in the women's dorm room either.

One of the best, if not the best hostel I’ve stayed in many years. Great location, close to everything, you can walk to most of the sightseeings of Brussels, near all means of transportation too. Spacious rooms, I stayed in a 6 bed one. Comfy beds, curtains for privacy, a big plus; clean and everything felt new and impeccable. Excellent shower too. Tasty and abundant breakfast, (scrambled eggs would be a good addition), boiled eggs, hams, fruit, yogurt, granola, beverages, coffee; a very good and hearty breakfast in general. Lifts/elevators, laundry, bar, etc.. My room was very quiet, comfortable temperature and safe. Very nice and friendly personnel, good WiFi perhaps I had to sign in constantly You can’t go wrong with this hostel, highly recommended.

It’s a matter of taste and opinions; we had the toilette and the shower in the room, also a sink with a big mirror. I liked it because we didn’t need to go out of the room with the associated noise going out and coming back; also you don’t need to sleep with your access card because you don’t need to leave the room. But.. uncomfortable to be heard by your roommates while you’re relieving yourself; specially when you’re making loud noises. Uncomfortable also for the ones sleeping or napping; Same while you shave with an electric shaver, using a hairdryer or an electric toothbrush; or gargling with mouthwash. In my case it was ok and it wasn’t a problem. Definitely I’ll stay again in this great hostel again, thanks

Don’t let the name “hostel” through you off. Rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated. Perfectly clean. The bar/lounge area and breakfast area are immaculate and really lovely sociable areas. The staff are fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Will make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Would love to stay again! Oh and the location is perfect, close to Grand-Place itself and lots of transport links. Pedestrianised avenue outside which is a lovely walk.

No free luggage storage but from £9 for 12hrs it’s really not so bad.

Localization, near of the Brussels's station. Breakfast is better than some 5stars hotels. They are the best croissant that I eat on hotels. Bed, comfortable. Clean bathroom is really good.

Breakfast could start earlier The ceiling in the room could be cleaned. my ceiling was full of dust. I missed being able to dry my hair. There is no place where I will not be disturbed by the others people by the noise of the dryer.

Curtains to screen off each individual bed. Spacious under-bed luggage storage. Big comfy bed. Warm and clean.

1) Soundproofing is not good. The doors to the toilet and shower may as well have not existed. 2) A tiny peeve: in the six-bed dorm, the personal light of the upper bunk beds is positioned in just such a way that the light illuminates the lower bed on the opposite side as if the curtains weren't even there. Very frustrating to be woken up in such a way . The curtains need to be fitted closer to the ceiling and/or have a way to be clipped to the wall so there is no gap for the light to get in.

Location is truly great. Rooms, beds, toilets and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for hostel standards, would be better if there were more fresh veggies. Beds were very comfortable, I stayed at a lower bunk bed and its height was more than enough to sit in the bed. Beds have curtains, 2 usb and 1 electricity outlets and lamps. 6-bed female dorm room had its own bathroom and wc (separate from each other) - and it was truly comfortable not to share it with an entire floor.

The only down side was the weak wifi signal in the rooms during peak hours.

Very comfortable beds with curtains and large lockers under the bed! They fit my giant suitcase haha! The breakfast in the morning is FANTASTIC - definitely get it, so worth the money. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. They really helped me feel at ease and you could tell they really helped keep the mood of the hostel very fun and chill. Loved the girls in my room - we ended up chatting a lot and shared a lot of travel tips that I then used on my continued travels. There’s an elevator so don’t worry if you have suitcases and they have a good bar selection downstairs!

Perfect location!!! So close walking distance from main attractions Amazing Receptionists!!! They are really lovely and helpful Love that the ladies room has a little desk, chair, mirror Awsome they have where to hang your towel! I love the curtain idea. Pretty hostel They have a WhatsApp hostel group which makes easy to interact with others Overall i would return - gave tips for some improvements Also super easy to get to the hostel if you come by train from midi brussels zuid. By tram 2 stops only and really close to the hostel.

When charging something in the bed it gets sooooo hot!!! The plug was soo dam hot Tips to improve- perhaps a bigger dustbin as there are 6 people in the room? Some curtains are broken perhaps good to repair. My first night the sheet in the bed was so stinky… it seems that other people had the same issue by other hostels in brussels.check first if your bed doesnt stink. Also the toilet downstairs close to the reception perhaps a good idea to buy a cheap spray? When people are quite long there .. and it was my turn to get in.. I couldn’t breath because of the smell left. Also if you in case checkout and will stay till 19.00-20.00 that will cost you for the locker for a long period. Make sure you hv the right size locker otherwise you will lose your money.

Brilliant hostel, excellent location, just a short walk from the Grand Place & Manneken Pis. It's really modern & well organised, sparkling clean, & nice staff. Each bed has a curtain, shelf, socket & light, already made up with linen and very comfortable. The bunks are secured onto the walls so they do not move or rattle when people climb into them. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of options. There's a laundry room and a locker room, and a big, relaxed bar area where you can talk with other travellers.

The dorms have ensuite toilet & shower, which is nice, but means you have one toilet & one shower between 6 people. Unfortunately the curtains on the beds have metal rings on a metal pole so they are noisy. Plastic or wood would be quieter. There are no guest kitchen facilities, not even a kettle. Overall though it is a great place to stay.

The bathroom layout is well thought out. The dorm has showers and toilet, which are separate. The the wash basin is located inside the common area of the dorm. The dorm, showers and toilet are cleaned everyday, while the whole building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The bed had two USB ports, a private light, one electrical socket, privacy curtain and a firm comfortable mattress. The bunks are custom made and very firm. I hardly noticed my bunkmates despite the dorm being full. The hostel has a common area on the ground floor. Breakfast is served here and after breakfast is cleared away, it's also a great area to work as there's lots of electric sockets. The hostel is about a 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place and the main attractions are walking distance. Some of the museums are just outside the main centre, but still walkable. The hostel has a bar and DJ some evenings. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only negative is the doors slam shut, creating a loud bang. The AC was okay, seemed a bit weak.
