The hotel location is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room we choose is big and comfortable and as it was in the back it was quiet as you did not hear all the people drinking in the bars at the front. Only negative things for me: 1) room decoration was not great others were more artistic this only had graffiti signs around the walls and looked more like vandalised rather than artistic although we didn't care much as we mostly used to sleep at night and shower but may be bit off putting for some 2) shower was not great it was one of those handheld ones and quite thin rather than circular although still do the job and had good pressure and hot water . Also not a negative for us but you need be aware the shower/bath is visible from the room

The location in central Brussels is absolutely amazing. An overwhelming amount of clubs and dining options surrounded by historical charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was very hot the first night we stayed and the A/C didn’t seem to have the ability to cool the room. It’s one of those set ups where you need to leave your room card in a slot to have power in the room—so you can’t leave the air running to do its job. The heatwave broke the next night and we were comfortable just opening the windows. The location is a bit of a double edged sword: It’s great being in the center of all the excitement, but the party lasts until the sun comes up, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may have issues with drunken party noise.

Everything was superb. The staff attitude and their helpfulness was beyond expectations. The Hotel transforms from a loudly bar at night to a quiet boutique hotel by morning. The loudness of the Bar did not Impact our stay at all. Everything was close by. The staff was very helpful in any situation that arose Keep up the great work and please pass our gratitude to the front desk and bar staff. I will be recommending this hotel for my friends

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and special - the bathroom is divided from bedroom only with slats and if you are a couple, it works great. But if you stay with teenage daughter or friend, it can be a little bit awkward... But you can solve the problem with towels, which you hang on slats and cower from view. Breakfast is delicious, with fresh baked bread and other fresh products. Just outside the hotel is nice bar, which is really crowded at the evening. Perfect location, very near the centre.

Friendly small hotel with its own restaurant and bar located close to the centre and other restaurants. Quirky rooms. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

While the room had quirky character and was comfortable, there was no view and it wasn't quite there from a maintenance perspective. A whole curtain was missing from one of the windows when we checked in; the shower wouldn't stay in place and slid down the pole while in use; the security lock on the door wouldn't engage; and some power sockets didn't work

The location was great, close to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious, you could eat at 7am without rushing. The parking is located 7 minutes from the hotel, which is convenient.

This was our first experience of staying in a shared room with a shower. It was not very convenient in the morning when everyone was still asleep. There was no number on the door, which was a bit confusing.

The shower was in the bedroom which was okay for us but worth considering if you are not a couple, and also made it quite easy to accidentally spray water all over the floor. Also the cord for the shower was too short so it could not be fixed to the wall unless it was very low down, and the drain seemed to be partially blocked so it took a while for the water to drain away. When we first entered the room we could smell the drain which was probably because of the blockage.

The location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to all the things in town. The space also feels clean and the staff are very friendly.

The room was inside facing so it was very dark, although we didn’t spend much time here so that didn’t bother us much. It’s also a bit uncomfortable to constantly walk through the restaurant instead of a separate hotel door.

We loved the spaciousness and comfort of our room. As a family of three it was nice to have a roomy space. We loved the paintings and the view from the skylights.

The bathroom is separated by a wood display and you can see right through. Our teenage daughter was not keen so we requested a large sheet and tied it around the display so there was privacy. However, we were only able to use the tub because the shower sprayed everywhere. The glass partition was not adequate to contain the shower spray.

Pleasant hotel in heart of Brussel. We really enjoyed the location, the room itself was very nice and quiet, the bed was good, the breakfast was fine

The room had window to quiet courtyard, but unfortunately the windowscreen could not be opened, and that made the atmosphere unpleasant. The bath in the room made a mess, impossible to take a shower without getting everything wet. There was something not so nice about the coffee at breakfast.
