The hotel is connected to the bar (but no room service except cleaning) the staff were often different each day of our 3 day stay. The breakfast was mediocre but the coffee and chocolate was excellent. At night there is lots of folks at the outdoor seating area. We did not have noise issues that other reviewers have mentioned and were on the top floor room. The elevator was useful and worked well. There was a taxi stand across from the location.

We found it difficult to initially find the hotel. The sign on the front door says La Piece but nowhere do you see hotel. The indoor bar area is small and tight seating but it was stylish. The best way to locate the hotel was its proximity to the Marriott across the street and located at the corner.

The hotel is located extremely close to the center with a ton of bars and restaurants around. Rooms are modern and clean, with all the amenities present. The staff is friendly and helpful and the bar on the 1st floor is nice with reasonable prices for the location.

The breakfast was slightly lacking, so you should not expect a full on meal to start a day, but rather a quick bite to get you to the brunch in the centre. While the room was extremely clean, some things were not well-maintained, for example a bathroom doorknob was falling off and the tap was moving around. However, nothing that could affect the quality of the stay was compromised in any way.

Location is perfect! Room large, clean, nothing bad to say about :) maybe some renovation could be done, but overall it was everything good about room!

Breakfast… as it was included to price it was worth to mention that very light breakfast it’s included.. we could choose from menu only from 2 options: egg + coffee + juice or just croissant with coffee and juice.. worth to mention that portion (first night we choose scrambled egg) was very poor.. so breakfast was not good and not worthy for price..

The room was beautiful, nicely design, sunny and with a nice balcony. The location was very central and near a metro station and lots of pubs and restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful.

The location is very central (which is nice) and it is upstairs of a pub, and on Saturday night it was very noisy all night until the early hours of morning. It didn't bothered me so much, but I thought I would mention it in case it matters to other guests. The smoke alarm was also activated a few time and woke me up several times during the night. The price included breakfast but there was no vegan options at all, so I only had coffee and orange juice. It would be good to add options, even simple ones such as bread and jam.

The facilities, the room was great, everything was clean, and the location was amazing - everything worth seeing was within a walkable distance. The staff were very helpful and nice.

It wasn’t clear that the reception is just one bar table in a bar below and you go in through that bar. Also if you mind noise, it’s a place with nightlife outside so it can be quite noisy.

The Hotel was located in central Brussels in the heart of all the historic portions of the city and close to all forms of public transportation. For a brief 3 day visit the location was perfect.

The hotel is essentially a bar/cafe with rooms above. The activities of the hotel and guests seem to be somewhat of a secondary part with the real focus being the bar. What we did not know was that night life in central Brussels seems to never end on just about any night of the week. The area around the Hotel La Piece is packed with cafes, restaurants and street life that goes on until 4 or 5 in the morning and that combined with cars, honking taxis and music meant for some very noisy nights. Ear plugs would be a requirement if you plan on getting any sleep.

Nice small hotel right in the heart of the Brussels. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located above a bar with the same name, which I wasn’t aware of when booking. When I expressed worries about noise from the bar, the staff gave me a larger room on a floor further away from the bar. I guess there was more noise from the traffic since it’s located on a busy crossing. Breakfast is very basic, but ok.

Maybe a bit more options for breakfast like fruit and yoghurt.

We could not find fault with this hotel. It is located in a very central area - a minutes walk from a metro station and a 10 minute walk from Brussels Central Station. The staff were amazing, every single person we came into contact with was happy and helpful - they even allowed us early check in and no extra cost. Our room had a balcony view which was nice to look down on the Christmas markets. Rooms are open and spacious and the bathroom is modern. The breakfast was so tasty as well. If you are thinking of booking a stay in Brussels definitely choose this hotel - we would definitely stay again.

It wasn’t a problem for us but I believe there is only a lift to access the rooms. We were never shown a staircase so if you have a problem with lifts maybe find out whether you can have access to a stairwell.

Breakfast was either croissant or eggs - something more substantial would have been nice but overall it was good. The location is very close to the city centre with the Grand Place and The Bourse only around the corner, however there was quite a bit of street noise at night - I had earplugs and slept soundly but my wife was not so lucky :). The room was very spacious and clean and the shower facilities were excellent.

I couldn't criticise the hotel too much.
