The location was great! Close to the main attraction areas. Hotel was spacious and looked nice.

While the hotel was spacious and great location, the facilities in the rooms were fairly dated. Like the consoles lacked USB-C charging pots, there wasn’t smart tv options. It was also odd that there were no power sockets at the desk. The bed in my room would make a sound every time I turned, think the bed frame needs to be changed. Also, it was interesting that my friends who checked-in shortly before me and after me all got upgraded to executive rooms, except me.

This was an excellent hotel. It has a professional vibe to it. The room was spacious and airy, with big windows and a lovely view over the square and the old church, this also meant it was really quiet. The bathroom is really nice with an excellent shower. Comfy bed. We also liked having an iron and ironing board in the room. The gym was good with just enough equipment to ensure a decent enough workout. Breakfast was really good. Location was nice, just outside the busier parts and easy enough to get to public transport or walk around.

We would have expected a smart TV for the price of the room. We didn't bother trying out the pool as it wasn't really big enough for swimming.

Brussels is a very expensive city, especially hotel prices are a bit above the European average. That's why I think the price is a bit expensive, but if we look at the city averages, I can say that it reflects the value of the hotel. Overall it was a compact and comfortable room. The outside noise was not too much. The bed was very comfortable. We did not have the slightest problem with cleanliness. The location was also very, very good. In general, it was a nice hotel experience.

A little bir pricy but generally ok

Perfect location, spacious room, and super helpful staff! Loved how central it was, and the room had plenty of space for our bags. Modern, clean, and secure luggage storage was a big bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The previous guests had left visible drink stains on the wall near the minibar, and a large nitrous oxide canister had been left behind in a shelf near the doorway. While the room itself was spacious and well-furnished, I was disappointed that these issues hadn’t been addressed before check-in, especially considering the otherwise high standard of the accommodation.

The Novotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk away from the Grand Place and the rest of the centre of Brussels. It is close to metro stations and a short taxi ride from the Brussels Midi station. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and very clean with generally good facilities. The Gluwine provided in reception on a couple of days was welcome as was the free bottle of water provided in the bedroom every day.

Quite a bit of noise from the street at night. It seemed as though the windows didn't seal well, so sound leaked in.

The location is perfect The breakfast provided a variety of options. I truly appreciated lactose free options for coffee and gluten free options. The breakfast area is spacious and you can see such a beautiful church outside of the windows there The staff is very efficient Beds are comfortable, sheets didn't smell like laudary detergent

The only thing: the hair dryer is fine but not for people with thin weak hair since it does not have that many modes (Yeah, it is picky, I was trying to find something relatively "bad", this is the best I could come up with)

We liked how: -In the mornings the room was bright and airy. -The room decor was modern and up to date -The mattresses were comfy. -The fridge stayed cold. -The lighting was warm and not too harsh.(It was very cosy) -The food buffet was AMAZING!!! (We recommend the waffles & pancakes 😋)

We didn't like how: -There was no sink in the half bathroom. -The toilet and bathroom were separated. -One of the window handles were broken. -The TV had limited channels. -If you get the pull out beds, they are quite low to the ground. -Light switches were a bit confusing. -There were not enough tables / table storage.

The hotel was in a great location—central and very easy to access. It was convenient for getting around the city, with public transportation, shops, and restaurants all nearby. A great choice if you’re looking for a well-situated place to stay.

However, the service at the reception was disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the guests. There was a queue of people waiting, and instead of focusing on helping them efficiently, the receptionists appeared distracted. This definitely took away from the overall experience.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location was perfect! Central and close to everything, yet not a noisy area. Nice to come back to after a long day. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Offered us an upgrade during checkin. (Around £40 for 2 nights) And gave us a printout of recommended food and places to go. Room was spacious and clean. They have a luggage storage before checkin/after checkout which was convenient. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast or use the facilities like the pool, so no comment on those.

The heating in the bedroom made the air very dry but not much you can do about that... They did provide Rituals body lotion to use which is great.

The location was perfect! very close to the square and very good restaurants. That made it a great spot for us as a family so we could eat and go back quickly. The staff were SO KIND! They gave my kids a little gift. They had a charming kids play area. The room was very comfortable, and for the location was not as noisy as i thought it would be. I only heard first responder vehicles and not the normal traffic.

The pillows were a bit stiff for my liking but i did not lose sleep and was not uncomfortable.
