Great central location. Beautiful room with balcony (too cold to use) with new and modern furnishings. Lovely new bathroom though no bathtub. Really friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast here but lots of options nearby. I recommend Aux Merveilleux de Fred bakery just around the corner.

We had a few issues during our 9 night stay and the staff was always very helpful. That said, they only had firm and high pillows here, with no alternatives which made sleeping difficult for one of us. They told us management was discussing this issue. We spent an entire night in a very bad smelling room. They fixed the issue the next day (missing filter in the shower) but offered us nothing but a sorry for having endured this smell an entire evening and night. We found this was not quite enough for a hotel at this level and price. The bathroom has a very non private glass door into the bedroom. You can’t turn on the light in there without lighting up the entire bedroom. We got locked in the hotel one evening while security was doing their rounds.

Newly renovated, staff are very cooperative. Location is convenient

Only downside is there was a street construction on the hotel street during my stay on late sep 2023. Should not take long to finish.

Great location in the heart of Brussels. All the sights were within walking distance as were many excellent restaurants and bars. We had a duplex room that was very spacious for three of us. Would recommend for anyone visiting Brussels.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English which was helpful for us. Restaurant recommendations were all delicious. Location was convenient to sights we wanted to see and to the central train station. Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure, plenty of hot water and we were grateful for the cool air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

The property does not have ajoining rooms but they were able to put us side by side. Some reviews complained about not having a restaurant. People need to read info before they book. There are countless delicious restaurants surrounding the hotel. Do not let an onsite restaurant stop you from booking. Amazing hotel, staff and location!

The hotel is brand new - had only been open 2 weeks when we stayed there. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We made the unfortunate mistake of staying at the Marriott about 500 meters away, and I can tell you we paid twice as much at the Marriott for about half of what we got at the OPO. Will definitely stay there again!

There was a lot of construction going on there, but that's not the hotel's fault. Still worth the stay!

The hotel is in a great.location which is why we chose it . We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room which was fantastic , really good size with a modern well equipped bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent, lending us chargers where we lost ours and looking after our every need. We appreciated their efforts making our stay memorable. We felt very well looked after and actually spent longer chilling in the room some days as it was so comfortable and we were so relaxed. The only downside , which was manageable for us but might not be food others , is the bathroom door on the disabled room, this has no handle but a high pull ring in a solid glass door .the door was too heavy for.My husband to manage, and opens the wrong way into the room which means one has to push out of the bathroom into the hallway but then close.it between you to squeeze into the room. Hard to describe but difficult to achieve if you are in a wheelchair and the door opens blocking your way and it is heavy with no handle . The setup of the room is perfect for a sliding door, I hope the hotel considers changing to this. The bathroom. Was fantastic and as we are due a refresh in our own house , we room lots of photos for inspiration! Very nice touch to have a luxurious bathroom as so many disabled facilities are so basic and functional .We will return for sure and can recommend.

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location, you are central to absolutely everything at this hotel and can be in the heart of everything in 5 minutes. We found the hotel quiet, which was a bonus with it being so central. The hotel itself was very clean and well equipped and the staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with our return flight and had to stay an extra night at short notice and the staff made this far less stressful for us by helping us book an extra night ensuring we were able to stay in the same room which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we return to Brussels.

Nothing.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with upscale finishing. The addition of a restaurant next year will be good.

No way to cool off the room without opening a window - noise from construction near by in the am made thus problematic. No place to put personal products in the bathroom shower. TV signal is weak thus cuts out often. No ice???

Fantastic location and beautiful comfortable room! Right next to the Bourse and just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and St. Katherine’s - you can’t get a better location no matter what time of year you visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable - true American king size beds are hard to find downtown. Huge bathroom too! Staff was kind, attentive and helpful and area felt very secure. Ample secure public access parking lots nearby if you’re driving. Definitely would choose this property again!

Some sound came through the door while other guests were passing in the hallway but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Lobby was sparse but with that location you don’t need to be hanging out inside your hotel.

We had a perfect room for 2 with a large shower with lots of water pressure. The walk from central station is about 10 minutes. It is beyond the main square just far enough to be quiet. We were able to walk everywhere. I believe our room was called deluxe. It had a refrigerator and balcony however the balcony just looks across to an office building. It was nice to let in fresh air though. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a nice clean quiet place with comfortable beds to rest up between outings. And it has an elevator! Many restaurants and the Metro (if you need it) steps away.

I loved everything except maybe flatter pillows would be nice. I don't love the big thick ones that seem to be popular here.
