Location is perfect right in front of the metro and close to major attractions. Good sound proofing, we could hear very little from the outside noise.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, the shower was broken (we notify the person but nothing was done). Not sure who decorate the place but they forgot to add a mirror that you can actually be able to get ready besides the bathroom one. The entrance door is right by the chair of the restaurant below, coming in and out there is always tables right at the door. So you basically bother people eating to get to the door.

The apartment was huge and in a great location - right in the centre of town and just outside of a metro station so getting around Brussels was a breeze. Very spacious kitchen so we could cook meals easily and not have to spend too much money eating out. And the host was very kind and welcoming - he couldn't have been more helpful, he even offered to set up the sofabed for us! We would absolutely stay there again.

Just a couple of things: the bathroom might benefit from a better extractor fan as there was some mould growing on one of the walls. The furniture was comfortable but well used (the bed had broken in the middle so it dipped down slightly) and could maybe benefit from being replaced soon. And there was no ice box in the fridge, which made dealing with the heatwave a little difficult. But none of these issues were bad enough to mark down the score! :)

A Bohemian spacey appartment under the roof, overlooking Place de Brouckere, one of Brussels' major squares, offering lovely evening sunset vistas. Fast and well covered WiFi, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for stretching and yoga. Located only 20 metres away from the metro station, contact person (Sam) was very responsive.

People who have a problem with stairs will not like going up those flights of stairs to reach the appartment. Entrance to the building is unattractive. Dear Sam, thanks a ton for putting the invoice together for my business stay—much appreciated, even if in the end one had to squint a bit to spot the correct numbers.

Great location right as you get out of De Brouckare metro station. The studio apartment has all the necessary amenities along with a pedestal fan during the summers. The bathroom is clean too.

We got apartment 8 which was on the 4th floor. While being on the 4th floor meant it was cool and windy and we got less noise from the street , we had to climb 5-6 flights of stairs just to get to our studio everytime. There is no elevator, which is very inconvenient especially if you are traveling with big suitcases. Also the entrance to the building is right next to restaurant seating which is easy to miss.

This apartment is all about location, location, location. It is located very central. Just a stone throw from the Square (which is the centre of town. It was amazing. Right next to the entrance of this apartment block is Hector's Chicken and it serves some of the best Chicken wings we have ever tasted. Food outlets so close, we had the best Belgian waffles. The room was cosy, the bed comfortable and the owner was so amazing. He came and assisted us to carry our bags as we are in our early 60's. That was incredibly sweet.

There is no lift. So if you have big luggages, not the most ideal place. The water pressure for the shower was low.

The place was in a good location. It was also clean and comfortable. The property manager Sam was very helpful and attentive.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor, and building had no elevator. The stairs were a bit steep, and the hand rails were a bit unsteady.

We stayed at Sam's properties in both Antwerp and Brussels; both were clean; offered good locations; were pleasantly furnished (with all we needed in the kitchens) and were what was promised -- they both met the "we would be happy to stay there again test." In Antwerp, Booking unexpectedly cancelled our reservation, but Sam was very responsive to working with us so we could keep our reservation -- we very much appreciate the kindness with which he treated us and his quick response. I should note that the Brussels property we stayed at was actually different than this location, as Sam upgraded us to a larger location. We highly recommend staying at Sam's properties, because of the quality of the properties and our truly excellent experiences in dealing with him.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Short walk from metro. Transport links are fantastic. Lots of places to eat, on the doorstep. Short walk to the Grand Place, mannekin pis , comic book museum and many other attractions. Express supermarket less than five minutes away. Communication was quick, with lots of information. Easy access to the apartment with codes. Three of us stayed in the one bed apartment, lots of room, plenty of storage. Didnt cook as plenty of choice of food available in surrounding area. Busy area but felt very safe

I would of liked to be able to open the window in the sleeping area.

Although the apartment overlooked a very busy central square, it was surprisingly quiet. Everything was very clean (compared to the average standard of non-hotel accommodation in Brussels, this was by far the cleanest apartment I have ever seen). Getting the key was automatised and not dependent on the hour of arrival. The communication by the host was very friendly.

- Getting an invoice is not part of the standard procedure and took additional effort by me and the host, so I would rather recommend it for personal, not business travel

Great location, comfortable studio with kitchen and a big bathroom. The WIFI worked really well which was a plus!! We were very pleased because even though the check in was 4pm they let us in earlier :) I would rent it again.

The heating didn’t work at all, and the room was really cold, luckily it had a mini heater that worked when we were sitting both in one place, but not the whole room. Also the water hot spring was so noisy, it made a very loud noise every half and hour and when someone in the building turned on the shower. The noice could could easily wake you up at night. Apart from that pretty great!
