It’s a great location. Lots of restaurants near by and a great variety. You literally have the metro outside your door which is great for getting around. The apartment is also a good size , nice space and a good kitchen.

Not a problem for me but you need to go up 3 flights of stairs.

Beautiful apartment that is very central and communicating with Sam was easy. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

There was no lift and i'm not sure if this is written on the post somewhere, but it was quite difficult to get all the bags up and down.

Perfect location, walking distance to most places and stations, metro and bus stations right in front, many restaurants and bars around. Sam is an excellent host who contacted us in advance to coordinate our arrival and departure. Easy auto check-in with lockbox and codes. The apartment is right on la Brouckere a big square with cultural events. The place was exactly like pictured, super clean and neat with everything needed to cook, they also had towels and toiletries (great help as we are traveling light through Europe). Our next flight left at 11pm, so Sam offered a spot to drop our luggage after checkout. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on a next visit. Thank you!!

Super spacious, clean, comfortable. It's walking distance from everything. Metro station is literally right outside, it's near supermarkets, restaurants, the beautiful historic center of Brussels, walking dustance from the Central Station. Sam was very helpful and quick to reply. The kitchen is small but well equipped and very convenient. Very comfortable living room and dinning table. The bedroom is great, lots of closet space and well equipped. Looooved the Art Nuveau window in the bedroom and the super high ceiling. If I ever go back to Brussels, I'll definitely stay here again.

The bathroom has a smell of like sewage. It dissappears when you shower, but then it comes back. It doesn't reach the point where it's unbearable, but you can definitely notice it.

Spacious studio with everything needed for a brief stay in Brussels.High ceilings, great view onto the Place de Brouckere, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and all kitchen needs. Liked leaving key in the lockbox, as I'm always misplacing keys! Right by Metro stop and very convenient to shopping, food, and sites.

Stairs were narrow and steep - and think I'd forgotten there wasn't an elevator and number of flights of stairs. Not a deal breaker, but I definitely made sure I had everything before I left because climbing up again was a lot.

The location is perfect to see all the sights of Brussels. The apartment was super nice with lots of room for us four to spread out. Everything is fully stocked (kitchen and bathroom). The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and there's a lot of storage for long stays.

It took a long time for the apartment to heat up, and there's no extra blankets. After using the radiators for a few hours it did warm up (we weren't cold) but I could see on a colder day it would be very cold in there. I would recommend to the owner to add some extra thicker blankets.

We loved location. Everything near from the apartment (shopping street, restaurants, metro, sightseeing etc). Apartment was clean, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Really good internet. Large bathroom with shower (we loved mirrors). Our apartment had a outdoor terrace (nice way to start the day with a cup of coffee or tea). In our apartment we didn't hear sounds from the street. Host provided all needed information for the check-in and check-out. Overall nice apartment for the value.

We couldn't figure out how to switch TV channels (only volume button worked). The dishwasher didn't work. Window in the bedroom was broken. Bad sound isolation (we were lucky with good neighbours).

The apartment was terrific, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Location was amazing, so central, just steps from the subway station and overlooking the fine plaza De Brouckere. We loved the view from our windows, looking down over all the people coming and going, but with double-glazing it was still cosy and quiet.

The stairs up to the second floor were quite steep with luggage.

Great communication, booked last minute and very accomodating. Very spacious flat in a great location. Fully stocked kitchen. Good TV.

Was a 4 flight walk up but great exercise :)
