The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also the bed was very nice and the room was clean. An excellent location. The bathroom was very spacious and I appreciated the shelves in the room. They were perfect for storing things on while I was there. I also enjoyed hearing the church bells in the day time. That was lovely.

The walls were thin and you could hear a lot of noise. However, during the night it was pretty quiet. (There was noise from outside in the alley but that’s not the hotel’s fault! When I closed my window the noise was muffled enough.)

Location is perfect (in the city centre) and staff is very pleasant. Cleaning services were every day. Beds were comfortable. Overall, hotel meets our expectations. Thank you!

Room is old-renovated but it is clean. One thing that should be changed is toilet head (was not working properly). There is no elevator but we had no difficulties to go upstairs :))

The direction to the hotel was a bit unclear. I'd suggest that taking the metro is more practical than a bus (in a sense that the metro cuts down the time waiting, no traffic involved). The metro can be a focal point of directing guests to the hotel.

The whirring early noise at 8 am of construction work (around its vicinity).

The location is very convenient, very close to the bus station, clean, the people were in the middle of renovation, but we were welcomed very kindly, the room was clean, there were the necessary amenities, there was a kettle in the room, we are very satisfied, thank you for the high level of reception

Everything was great especialy staff, they were kind always with smile and few nice words at any time of day or night. Hotel is at great location it is close to centre but not on busy street so there is peace at night.

Hotel is centrally located in Brussels. Easy to access off the main shopping area. The lady who checked us in (didn't get her name) was super helpful and Informative about where to go and where to avoid whilst visiting. Rooms were clean and spacious

Everything. Very friendly and helpful staff with loads of advices for us. Clean room and excellent location just 2 min walk from metro and less than 10 min from shops. Fantastic stay. Will recommend to friends

Excellent position. Very comfortable to go sightseeing by walking. Special thanks to Aamr, the receptionist, who has been very kind and helped us getting a taxi to go to the airport in time

The cameras are not spaceful, and not very clean

The location is great, the staff very friendly. It is not the Hilton, but value for money, I thought it was great

It could do with a little TLC, a few things that could probably do with being replaced, but as I said, clean, comfortable and I enjoyed our stay

Very big room in what seems to be a converted old house that has a lot of charcter. About 4 minutes walk from Metro and 10 minutes from Grand Place. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and staff were very nice.

Self-service model for check in and checkout and vending machine inside was broken but plenty of shops nearby.
