I felt very safe in the hotel which i found very important being a solo female guest. There is 24h reception, and behind the reception again locked door that can be opened only by hotel guests - with a room card-keys, and also some form of alarm on the door of the room. Free wifi was superb, I could make video FaceTime calls with no problem. The location is great - it is located in the central shopping zone, 2 minutes walk to st. Hubert, 10 minutes walk to the Central Station and square meeting center and 7 minutes walk to the Grand Place which is in another direction. Also the museum of fine arts and magritte museum are within 15 minutes walk and i recommend visiting them wholeheartedly

Nothing to complain about really

Location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the metro/tram if we wanted to go further a far around the city. Just outside the hotel however, if we turned right we were in the more modern area with all the shops and if we turned left we were in the historic area which is where we spent more of our time exploring! Directly round the corner of the hotel is WOLF an indoor food market which is ideal if you want a few different choices to choose from. Ideal location! Would stay again, staff always so friendly and welcoming when going in and out of the hotel each day! Also so helpful as only one pillow was provided in the room so when asked, they grabbed us another set - thank you! We are two young females in our 20s - felt safe in this area and walking round this city!

The position. Is very close to city center in a nice quiet area. Best brunch that I had in a while at Frank - Monnaie, also specialty coffee, very close tot the hotel. The staff, especially the guy at the reception who spoke romanian :)

Room was smaller than it appeared in pictures. You have no phonic isolation in the bathroom. Also lots of water in the bathroom after a shower with no possibility to clean it. There was no towel for the feet.

Location of the hotel is very good. It is close to subway station (5min walk) and it is also pretty close to old town center where you can walk by.

The room was not vented properly and there was a strange odour by entering the room. The air conditioning was a bit inconvenient. You cannot set over 24C degrees which was not enough to warm up the room. Overall it was chill all the time. The shower literally leaked through wall to inside the room. And shower door was leaking at the bottom all the water to inside toilet area where leaved you in little pond.

The location of the hotel is great - central to all activities in Brussels Central. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The free Wifi had a solid connection and speed. We also felt safe - all in all a good stay!

The room is sufficient for a short stay - we did however stay for 9 nights where accommodation with a Kitchen/ Fridge would be preferred. The staff did help out with boiling water.

You know what you're gonna get in such a hotel from the moment you book and there are no surprises, good or bad. Central location with friendly staff. Overall good room and relatively good price for Brussels, and I would return to the hotel.

Anything extra will cost extra, even earlier check in or a late check out. No hairdryer in the room so we had to ask at reception and after we were done using it return it because there werent enough. Shower door was broken.

The hotel is about 700+ meters from the central station, conveniently located to all the nearby attractions. The room was very clean, a little small but manageable. The washroom/toilet was clean and everything worked well. We reached the hotel around 12 noon and were lucky to be able to check-in as the room was ready. There's a free water filter in the reception to refill your bottle.

Check out is at 10am and if you want to stay on a little later, you will need to pay for it. About 20 euro for a couple of hours.

A hotel that offers a room with what you need - clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, heavy curtains that keep the light out and quiet and efficient air conditioning. Just around the corner from Wolf food market with great options for eating. great location close to the Grand Place with lots of restaurants and bars. No breakfast or lounge area but you can get these nearby.

Wash basin is small and not much room for storing clothes - this did not matter to me but may matter to others. Perfect for a short stay.

Very easy to access, very close to the town center and Brussels central station. Minimal inside, but OK for a one or two night trip. Bathroom very clean. Shower very roomy; creative architecture to make the most out of scarce place, and allows for a big shower. Pleasantly surprised by this first experience in EasyHotel. I prefer EasyHotel (where I will return) to EasyJet (which I always try to avoid). Reception staff very friendly.

So this is a low cost hotel; a hotel for small budget but clear expectations of what a hotel should be in terms of being easy going and clean, etc. My first stay in an EasyHotel. Costs are saved on none essential services: there is only a very tiny table for the laptop, no glass in the bathroom to put your toothbrush or drink a glass of water. Drinks and snacks can be bought from a vending machine in the lobby. Coffee/hot beverages are available from a separate vending machine, but you need to ask for a cup at the reception - keep the cup and bring it in your room, if you need a cup to drink a glass of water. ;-) No breakfast in the hotel, but you're in the town center, so no problem. If you need a very early breakfast, you can go to Dunkin'Donut 150m from the hotel: it opens at 6.30.

It’s a nice place to stay if you just want a place to sleep. It’s clean, it feels safe, beds are comfortable. It’s everything as they advertise. Staff is always willing to help you.

For some people, not having a kettle in the room can be a problem. However, we can get hot water at the reception. It doesn’t have hair dryer in the rooms. We can get one at the reception for 2h, but sometimes they do not have enough hairdryers for all the people.
