A lovely apartment in the centre of Brussels. The apartment was spacious and clean. All 3 rooms were well proportioned and the 2 upstairs had en-suites. The bedroom downstairs, although not having an en-suite, did have access to a guest toilet, so only had to share when wanting to shower. Smartflats also had a lounge area that was about 5 mins away, which allows you to store your luggage should you need to prior to check-in/after check-out. The staff there are super helpful and provide a lot of information for you to enjoy your stay.

Our apartment was generally good. The location was very good. The apartment is located 5 minutes on foot from the main square of Brussels, thus making it possible to reach all the main monuments of the city in just 5 minutes. The area where the apartment is located was frequented all the time. There were many supermarkets nearby, restaurants, bars, as well as a shopping center. In front of the building where the apartment is located was the metro station, while next to the building was the bus station. The apartment had a lot of space. It was organized with 2 separate bedrooms and a living room together with the kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms were furnished with clean sheets, pillows and quilts. Also inside the room there were towels for each member of the reservation. The kitchen was also fully equipped with kitchen equipment (sink, dishwasher, fridge, hob, stove) cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses (water, wine, beer) mugs, bowls etc. It was fully equipped and we cooked our own breakfasts and dinners in the apartment. The apartment had a veranda which could be used for breakfast when the weather was warm and also had large windows that allowed a lot of light inside the apartment. The apartment had central heating and we did not feel the cold outside, which had reached -4 degrees. The check in process was very easy. I received 2 codes in my email, the building door code and the door code of the apartment, and there was no need to contact other people to check in.

The bathroom was very small, there was only a small WC and a sink for washing hands. The shower was separate in a separate room, inside one of the bedrooms and was a bit awkward to use. We never found the light switch to turn off the lights during our stay. We slept with the lights on, as a notification inside the house told us that we should lower the light switch to turn off the lights, but this was impossible for us since we had food in the fridge. The address in Booking was not very clear. We couldn't find the apartment ourselves, but our taxi driver contacted the agency and they explained where the apartment was.

the location was perfect. we booked the parking right next to it. the apartment was spacious and had all the facilities you needed. the communication mostly went via email. we received all info on time and there was even een SMS reminder with all info on the day itself.

we had a leaking faucet in de toilet and there was no warm water. there were instructions on how to reset the boiler, we discovered later on. the check in time is pretty late (16.00).

The check in process was easy, the flat was clean, tidy, warm and spacious. Heating and appliances all working properly. The location is superb, walking distance to most attractions. We’ve arrive earlier than the check in time but was able to leave the luggage’s in their office, the staff Rafael was very kind and friendly. That helped us to enjoy the city a little more without carrying our bags.

The sofa-bed was noisy and the flat could be more lit.

Space and variety of rooms and the great location

Just an issue with the lights on the stairs not coming on and they are black marble so dangerous at night. Especially when wet

Very spacious; excellent location; bed really comfy and had everything for self catering.

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived after a long flight and crisps were left under the bed not a good start to our holiday!

Words can't describe what awaits you when you open the door and then you realise there a whole second.floor too

The TV is a bit small and far away from the couch but that's easily fixed

Amazing size and superb location - a 5 minute walk into the centre and right next to wolf!

Would definitely recommend to groups of young adults - wouldn’t say it was child friendly

I Rent the duplex flat and it was amazing so much big and clean the location is perfect next to everything by walking no need for taxi to much restaurant next to the Primark Bathroom was clean

there is no air conditioner but it wasn’t a big problem the weather is so nice sometimes it’s hot (my trip was in July) too much mosquito in the bed rooms

It it was clean and huge space for our group in an excellent location in the middle of city centre

The shower pressure was too hard
