Room spacious and cozy, deco is easy but clean, washroom big and the shower exp pretty good bed is soft to sleep i like it rooms are cleaned and trash are collected daily. initially i have some concern given there is no safe box in the room and some of my previous unhappy exp in other country, but here at least during my stay my stuff are keep as-is and the cleaning lady didn't touch anything, cheap or expensive. and staff super super nice which offset most of the flaws
table was bit small, if you put your bag on it then probably won't be any room for other stuff not to say if you want to work on the table, i worked on bed most of the week TV remote control a bit difficult to use/navigate No mini fridge or kettle, hence not likely i can buy powder coffee or icecream and store them overnight for next day and No laundary service as well i think? room is not quite soundproof i hear my neghbour clearly, i don't hv such concern so i am okay but if you do , then think again

Superb place to stay, highly recommended for a single or couple. Th e room was relatively smaller but was very comfortable and cleaned daily. We chose the room with a city view so you can hear all the traffic and police car sirens ets, but this added to the liveliness of the city stay experience. Also, looking out of the bedroom window, to the left we can see the Brussel-Noord Train Station, and to the right Rogier Metro station. The main CITY2 Mall was located 2 minutes away with all the food court choice of food as Hence the Shopping experiences, and along the CITY 2 mall was the open plan city centre shops. Hence for anyone on a city holiday, the Hotel City Center location was perfect to get around. We were able to walk to all the tourist attractions from this hotel location. Hence fully recommend it.
My only criticism would be the choice of breakfast was very poor so we decided to eat outside. I would definitely recommend Hotel City Center to provide hot, wholesome breakfast. This change will make it perfect

The location is excellent. We could just walk to most of the landmarks. The room was clean and the stuff was very kind.the temperature of the room was great. The cleaners got in every day. It was a very good hotel. We stayed for a week. The breakfast was nice too, mostly for someone who eats a big breakfast. I usually go with just a coffee so I had one toast and some coffee and it was expensive for just that. My boyfriend had a proper breakfast with a little bit of everything so it was worth it
I did ask for a room with a street view and that was a bit noisy because ambulances and police cars were driving in front of the hotel all night with their sirens on, but that didn't really annoy me. It could be a problem for someone who has trouble sleeping though. I do think that any other hotel that is so central might be just as noisy.

We are from Portugal. Everything was excepcional. Our Stay was for 2 nights but unfortunatly we had a friend that passed away and we had to be back earlier. After we have already paid for 2 nights and because of What happened we asked if its was possible to pay only for 1 night and have a refund of the other... Everyone was very sensitive and gave us our money back for the night we couldn't stay. Hard to find so nice people nowadays... We will go back to do what we had planned and we will stay at the same hotel! Thank you for everything!
Nothing negative to say.

I was traveling on business, and everything was as expected. While not a luxury accommodation, the place was clean and conveniently located near the venue. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was poor sound insulation — each morning at 6 a.m., I was woken up by the sound of someone showering in the adjacent room. Other than that, I was satisfied and would stay here again.

I had a reservation in another hotel close to this hotel and 2 days before the trip I checked and Hotel City Center was 80 euros cheaper. I decided to give it a try, even if the hotel picture of the bedroom looked small. When I arrived I had a pleasant surprise to be upgraded. The bed was more confortable than other luxury hotels I have already stayed in the region. The hotel is silent and really close to the North Station. The shower was great. The bedroom was super clean. Location is great, really close to ROGIER station. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a short business stay.
The only thing I could complain is that one day in the morning, the cleaning ladies were cleaning next door and talking loud. I couldn't sleep anymore.

The hotel is very good for a business stay where you mostly need somewhere to sleep. The room is small but everything necessary is there. It was appropriately clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, reception is open 24/7. Location is close to the city center and also to my working place, so ideal for me. Excellent value for money ratio. I stay in this hotel repeatedly when I am in Brussels.
Everthing was fine.

Big, clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff, you can feel the work of professionals, a convenient elevator, (lift is very important), the room is well ventilated, there is a large window, the bed is soft, clean, the room fits luggage perfectly and there is a place to put your things, the bathroom is very clean and functional(no problems with hot water). There is an opportunity to leave luggage if you plan to walk around the city after checkout. The hotel responds to messages very quickly and finds the best solutions. I arrived in Brussels quite late(22:40) and was worried that the reception would not work, but I contacted the hotel and they surprised me by saying that there is no need to worry, the reception is open 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to the bus/train station and to the city center, the location is ideal. 10 points

The room was very clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location is very close to the city center. Air conditioning was working so room was enough warm during cold days. Very good value for money.
The only thing I did not like was the window of my room located to indoor space almost like a shaft. I personally do not like this type of window, but it was safe and enough big to see the light and windows of opposite rooms. It might not be a problem for someone else.

This is nearly the most affordable place of its kind or higher that you can get around the area. It may not have the comfort of a luxury hotel yet it is just perfect and I recommend it. It is 1 minute walk from the main shopping street and doesn’t have the noise of the main road. I requested an upgrade to a bigger room and got one without sweat.
