Breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious.

Location was terrible. Walk-way from brusel north raillway station to the hotel were dirty full of garbages and seemed to be unsafe.

had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated—everything was just as shown in the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet quiet enough to relax without any disturbances. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The location is good. You can access both the North train station and other metro stations with just a few mins walk. The area does have a slightly rough feel to it, perhaps due to its proximity to the train station, however we never felt unsafe and it was a good location to base ourselves to explore the city and travel out to Ghent and Bruge We had a triple room. Perfect size. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was a good solid size also. The walls are thin so if you had a noisy neighbour then you would be able to hear, but we did not and slept perfect. The room is clean, but not sparkling. A good few marks on the table, and a few areas that could do with a deep clean, but overall it’s as you would expect for a Best Western. Check in and out was quick. Never had to wait.

We did not opt for breakfast, as it was too expensive €17. While one of the cheaper hotels in the area, still expensive for what you get.

The hotel room was small yet nice, pretty clean (except for windows), the bed was really comfy and soft. There was a kettle with some coffee to make, which I made and drank in the morning, and it was quite tasty. In general the hotel was very good and cozy, the staff was very friendly and nice. The subway station is 5 min walk from the hotel, along with Starbucks and a few restaurants, there is also a botanical garden nearby.

It was really noisy outside and due to the fact that the window in the bathroom was not super tight - every little thing (sounds) from the street were perfectly good heard in the room, so a bit interrupted my sleep. Also wi-fi was working kind badly and often disconnected completely.

Hotel was in a very good location, 5 minute walk from Brussels- Noord train station, and about 10 to 15 minute walk to the bustling city centre. The price was very good and the room was really good, the bed was comfy and I had a prefect nights sleep each night. Bathroom was great, nice and spacious. Bath/shower was good, didn't take long to warm up. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was super easy and quick.

Only issue is with the bathroom, the glass which was on the bath to prevent water from going everywhere else didn't work very effectively. A fair amount of water somehow made its way out and onto the floor. Nothing a towel couldn't soak up, but would be easier if the barrier would be more useful and stop the water from going on the floor.

The family room is excellent value for money, loads of space for a family of 4, 2 teens. Location is pretty close to the city, a 10 minute walk to the shopping district, another 10 mins to Grand Place etc.

The area around Nord station is a bit sketchy. BUT... We walked back to the hotel from the city at night and had no issues. We did avoid the area directly outside the station so best to do the same. A bit of noise at night but it's a capital city, this could happen anywhere!

Very clean room, large bed, nice bath, friendly service, quiet. Unlike other reviewers we had no issues at all, and elevator was fine.

It is close to Brussels Nord, but more like 700m from the platforms and 1km from Flixbus. The pavement is smooth so we walked our luggage ok. The area is a bit sketchy but I’ve seen worse and the nearby red light district east of station actually improves after dark and is worth visiting then with Arabic shopping and food. It’s a bit of an annoying start to the walk into city centre as you need to go through either a road tunnel or sideways through the gardens.

The hotel is very close to the Brussels North train station so it was easy to connect to many places easily. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. I had a lovely view from my room and the staff were quite helpful.

There was someone smoking in the room next to mine which really disturbed me, the smoke signals must not be working. It will be nice if they can add a bottle of drinking water and lotion in the rooms.

Front desk staff were excellent, we left our bags off early and he remembered my name when we returned, very welcoming. Room itself was comfortable, really nice bed.

The area from the Brussels North Train station was a bit off putting, lots of boarded up shops. Did see rats running in the plaza in front of the hotel. But those are things the hotel cannot alter. The botanical garden next door was really nice.

Great location near train station and walking distance to tourist attraction.
