We had a wonderful time and the hotel exceeded our expectations! Our door had a slight gap on the bottom and you could hear people passing through the corridor, not sure if they could hear us, but that’s nitpicking. It’s luxurious and spotlessly clean. I love that they gave us slippers, a must in my book that more and more hotels nowadays don’t do. Shout out to the lovely girls and boys at reception that made us feel very welcome in the beautiful city of Brussels!

Great Location, all major attractions are very close by, next to big mall and number of eateries.

They charged my debit card on 31st July as guarantee, after three weeks it’s still not reversed till today. I paid my dues in cash for my stay upon check in, however for incidentals they didn’t accept cash. I was forced to pay only by card. I ended up paying with card and at first cards were not working. We had to wait for an hour after 9 hours flight to resolve this and suddenly it worked. It was only here, everywhere else all debit cards worked as normal. Staff & management were very helpful though, they offered us complimentary drink while we were trying to resolve this. Room & bathroom door didn’t work properly although it is a new property.

50€ deposit per night that could only be paid for by credit or cash seemed excessive and showed a distrust of clients

Train links to property were excellent and a short walk to main places we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and assisted when we had a small issue with another guest. Amenities were good and it was nice to have a gym and spaces outside of hotel room we could go to, the lounge areas in particular were nice. Also nice was being able to grab a hot drink/snacks when we wanted to. The room had everything we needed and was much bigger than expected. really enjoyed this hotel overall and would defo stay there again.

The only issue we had with the room was the AC was old and although staff did try to assist us with this, during the night it did make the room cold and they did not have extra blankets to accommodate this for us. The staff also took away the toiletries e.g. shower gel after one use which felt wasteful and could have been kept and used the following day, instead I had to order a new one.

- The hotel and rooms are simply beautiful. The room is the perfect size and is very pretty - The staff is really friendly! - Location is perfect. There’s a Proxy Delhaize just a few metres away and the metro station is in front of the hotel. The shopping street is also in front of the hotel - The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable. We slept amazing - The bathroom is very beautiful and well-lit and the shower works perfectly. The shower is also very spacious - You can connect your phone with the tv - Besides the fridge that works perfectly, there’s also a wine fridge!

- The only thing from not giving a 10 might be the noise of the streets. They do offer ear plugs that are in your room which is very nice of them!

Very clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very polite. The location is great because it s close to the train and metro stations

You cannot fully open the blinds so even during the day there is no natural sunlight. I also left a message to the property to ask them if there is an additional tax that we need to pay when we check in. They said we only need to pay a deposit of 50€ which will be refunded, but when we arrived they asked for 50€ per night instead. To me this is a very unpleasant, especially because i asked before.

The breakfast was high quality. We loved the complementary tea and coffee station with snacks on offer at any time of the day. The view is spectacular, the rooms are spacious, and the overall design of the hotel is very tasteful. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating (early check-in, cleaning services).

The vegan selection of the breakfast was very small (e.g. fruit and veggies, butter, soy milk, glutenfree bread) and therefore not worth the money for a strict vegan. Also, there was quite a bit of dust on the floor, however the cleanliness of the bathroom was fine.

Everything was amazing, the staff is super nice and supportive. The room was always clean, you will find everything you need and more in the room. Location is very good.

One small thing, they asked for 150 Euro as a guarantee, and it must be paid by credit card, so i didn't receive the amount back up till now.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. My children loved the pool and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is good as it is nice distance to walk to the shops and sights of the city.

The closest parking is very expensive, shame there isn’t a rate for hotel guests especially as there was a lift that goes direct to the hotel but it was very pricey (25 euros per day) We didn’t eat a full meal at the hotel however we found great places to try nearby. We had seen reviews that mention the area behind the hotel isn’t nice, we avoided there and kept to the main tourist areas which were fine. You have the normal city concerns (pick pockets, people begging, homeless etc) but we didn’t feel unsafe.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It combines functionality that surpasses even the best hotels with an artistic interior design. All functions in the hotel (lighting control, temperature adjustment, and blinds operation) can be managed from a wall panel or a tablet. The air conditioning is quiet and highly precise. The lighting can be adjusted for a cozy atmosphere or for work, and besides the night blind, there is also a sunshade blind. Rooms overlooking Roger Square offer a fantastic view. In the room, there are photography and painting albums available for browsing. The breakfast is highly varied, and the breakfast hall is very spacious. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly. All of this together makes for a fantastic stay.
