The position is the best since it’s near the metro and the city center of Brussels, the staff is really polite and always ready to help; the room has a big TV but we never used it, the bathroom is small but really functional and they always ask if you want them to clean your room, the bed is really comfortable and the room is always warm

The bed was a little stained but the bed sheets were clean so it’s all good

The hotel has a nice Christmas reception, a friendly receptionist who helped me with my luggage up the stairs and a good location near the metro station, many cafés and shopping streets.

I was very busy that day and couldn't pay attention to details. At the same time, the stairs seem a little steeper than traditional ones, which does not matter for people in good physical shape.

Room was comfortable and warm. Also there was extra heater in case you are cold. If you traveling alone it's perfect place in center. All touristic places were really close to hotel.

The location it is perfect. The room was clean ,the workers were so friendly. There is a very reasonable price and I would definitely go again.

Wifi was good and restaurants are nearby.

The stairs are really narrow and I felt like the "ground" was a bit uneven. The sliding door to the bathroom was a bit hard to move. Unfortunately, you can easily hear if the neighbours wake up with music.

private room was very clean, comfortable. the bathroom was so modern and clean. i was shocked by the reviews and score… so close t the noord station, totally recommended.

Has a separated bathroom.

You need to left your roomkeys in the lobby before you left the hotel which is obligatory. There was any hand soaps for room and also 1 pillow missing so we have to ask for gave us. No fridges.

Very good location, metro station just across the street, walking distance to train station Nord, room with basic furniture (bed, table, chair, small wardrobe, TV, fridge)

Unfortunately not very clean. E.g. very sticky lever tap in the bathroom, food marks on the surface of the fridge, etc.

Low cost, comfortable and friendly staff. Funny entrance too!

There was a window leading to a rooftop that i couldnt close.

I love the peace and serenity in the room and setting

I found out that the room had only one electrical socket and I am someone who always have online meetings at work and zoom meetings in school and I wasn’t able to charge my laptop and phone at the same time. I think they should look into that
