The hotel doesn't look impressive from outside, just a door in a big grey building, But you walk inside and you find yourself in another world. Pictures painted on the walls, a huge comfy lounge room, everything looks so welcoming and cosy. Very friendly reception. They stored our luggage even after our check out, as our plane was late in the afternoon. We had a very big and very comfortable room with absolutely everything. And the location is great, close to the train station and walking distance to the centre. A huge supermarket is acroos the street in the shopping mall. Would stay there again!

This is a cool, reasonably priced hotel, five minutes walk from the train station Brussels North and right next to the metro station Rogier. It is perfectly located both for business travellers and tourists. I have already stayed here previously and I was familiar with the location and the facilities, so I knew what to expect. The hotel is nicely decorated in the 'colonial' style, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a strike at Brussels airport and my baggage was delayed for several days, but the hotel staff did everything they could to assist me. Much appreciated!

The electronic lock that opens the entrance door to the hotel sometimes malfunctions.

Historical building with character. Art-Nouveau style. Nice details, like the 1930 pictures and the stained glass windows and the wooden wardrobes. Comfortable room. Very close to tee city center and public transport. Friendly personnel.

Shower ok and styled nicely, but not very practical.

This is a really good three star hotel in the center of Brussels, very close to the Gare du Nord railway station, and the train for the airport. It has two entrances, on Rue des Croisades and the Rue de Progres. It may originally have been two hotels. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable number of choices. The rooms are good sized and very comfortable.

a/c was a little flaky in my room, but very minor.

Room was nice and comfortable. Staff nice. Excellent location, just 3 min walk from Place Rogier and plenty of bus lines and a major subway station. Lots of restaurants within 10 min walking.

There was construction noise starting quite early in the morning due to a massive construction project next door. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. The lift didn't work and I was told by repeat guests that it hasn't been working for months. It was not a problem for me and my small suitcase, but it would be a problem for older people or those with a lot of luggage.

Hotel is in the city centre, close to the metro. A little bit outdated but room was big and clean. Staff is friendly, offered free coffee as my room was not equipped with coffee machine. You can leave luggage after checkout.

There were very loud neighbours and it was noisy, but luckily they checked out after one night. Not all rooms are equipped with a coffee machine.

The location is great, as it is very close to the Gare du Nord and to the entrance of the pedestrian zone to the city center. When arriving in the morning, the friendly staff allowed me directly to go in the room, which was wonderful after a long night flight. The room is nice and quiet, as the window goes to the inner yard. The breakfast was great with various options and different local products.

The hotel was amazing, we booked the superior Queen Room and it was huge!!! The room was very clean and we had a great view. The location was great, about 10-15 minutes walk from the Grand Place but on the way there there are so many shops and even a small mall. Lastly all the employees was so friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay there and I would totally recommend it!!!

Good location, very easy to get into the center using the metro. Food options around as well for late night snacks, room is slightly dated but traditional. We were allocated the wrong room by accident however it was sorted within minutes. Brilliant customer service and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend if you don’t mind a tiny metro ride in.
