Having stayed in a superb NH hotel in Berlin I decided to book this one for Brussels. The hotel itself did not disappoint. It goes the extra mile with lots of nice extra touches, like the candy bar and decent tea/coffee. I particularly appreciated the really decent big hairdryer in the bathroom. Wish more hotels provided hairdryers like this! The breakfast had plenty of choice, including some for gluten free diet. The dining room was relaxed and comfortable We had a small issue with our heating and this was resolved immediately. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with a view and it was an amazing view too. The location is superb. We felt safe in the area, there were lots of places to eat nearby and the hotel is very near to the Grand Place which was a bonus. We walked from the Eurostar terminal easily in 30 mins.

There was quite a bit of noise outside from traffic and workers through the night and early morning so not the quietest of places.

The location is terrific and enables access to the train to Bruges. The hotel has been renovated and the bedrooms and bathrooms are smart. The hotel is well suited for wheelchair users as there are lifts to the rooms and breakfast area. The bedrooms are large and spacious. The breakfast buffet is very good quality and well presented.

Our hotel room looked out to a large stone public square where homeless drunk men made lots of noise all night. We would have appreciated daily refresh of water bottles.

Excellent central location. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice and good value. Staff very efficient and helpful. Room very comfortable (although too hot).

There appeared to be a bar but it was closed. Not sure if it ever opens - maybe only seasonable? Details of opening on the website would be useful. My room was quite hot but I don't like having air conditioning on during the night - quilt was thick so a separate sheet would be appreciated.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the Grass Market, and our window overlooked the square. As such, there was street noise in the evening and morning, but that was to be expected and we didn't mind at all. The bed was a very generous size, with crisp cotton sheets.

Some of the bathroom fittings were a bit tired, and the pillows and duvet could have been better quality, but overall it was very comfortable. The room was quite warm.

The hotel was located at the center of Brussels, literally around the corner of the central station and at about 3 minutes walking distance from the Grand Place. The square in front of the hotel was lively with a local market at the weekend and many local restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfy (double bed for a couple) and the staff was nice and accommodating. Getting extra towels and toilet paper was also no issue. There was only one small error with our booking, but the staff handled it professionally and quickly, so there was no inconvenience at all. The hotel is also making an effort to make your stay green - if you're staying for a couple of days you can put out a sign so they won't service your room every day. For every day that your room doesn't get serviced you'll receive a voucher which you can exchange for drinks at the reception bar.

Unfortunately, there was no hand soap or shower gel in the dispensers when we checked in, but the staff refilled them when we notified them.

Location was terrific (very close to the Grand Place); the staff exceptional. They were super helpful to provide rooms for another night, arranging an early morning taxi, and offering alternative plans when our flight out was canceled unexpectedly. I can't say enough about their wonderful customer service.

The square out front can be loud with music in the evenings.

Great location, very close to the interesting sights in the town center. The room was large and the bathroom was good. Andrea checked us in and was very amiable and helpful in answering questions we had about where to find things.

The only thing I didn't care much for was the "green clean" program they offered. The idea was, like many other hotels worldwide, to forego washing the linens in the room every day. When we signed up for it, I thought they would just not change the towels and bed sheets. But instead, as far as we could tell, the maid didn't even enter the room or clean the bathroom, replace the dirty coffee cups or empty the trash. So, even the free drink they offered didn't really compensate for that.

Location is excellent. The staff is helpful.

The room is a little bit small for a 4 stars hotel, there was no minibar, most of the TV channels had no signal, the air conditioner was quite noizy. The buffet breakfast was ok, but a little bit modest for 4 stars.

Nice place close to the train station and some of the nice sightseeing places in the city. We had a lovely view from our room, and a lot of space. Nice staff and good breakfast.

The breakfast was in the basement without any windows, not a big problem. But its nicer when you can look outside.

Excellent location right next to Central Station and 3 mins walk to Main Square / Grande Place. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Bathroom needs a bit of a makeover. The wood on the bottom of the bathroom door was flaking away due to contact with water from the shower. The shower tray was a bit dirty and scuffed from excess use. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor because the shower curtain does not go all the way down onto the ground. I also felt that the shower curtain was old and cheap and needs replacement with a new one, or better still, a new glass door.
