Spacious rooms, Comfortable beds, Clean.

It’s close to the train station, which is very noisy. Also the neighbourhood was very dirty, trash on the sidewalks everywhere. Loads of men on the streets at night (arrived around 21:30-22:00. And sort of a Pr0stitute neighbourhood. At least the street the hotel was on.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable spacious room, clean towels every day, reception 24/7 and staff always helpful. Special thanks to all staff! City center is all walking distance. It's a great value for the $. As you read, the area is not really safe, so I didn't go out after dark BUT the hotel is super safe and a tip for fellow solo female travellers, simply always turn left when leaving the hotel. :) Turn left, you see a carwash on the corner, cross under the bridge and you're in the city center in a couple min. I also took Flixbus several times, early morning was ok, but wouldn't recommend walking to/from the north station at night or after dark, men approaching etc. Even if it's a short distance, take an uber if needed at night. Be cautious but don't stress. The hotel itself is great and I'd definitely stay there again!

Nice location with great connectivity to other parts of the city. We had to go to Brugge & Ghent and it was easy access to the station. Also, the metro station is very close to travel to the city centre. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. Definitely value for money and totally recommend it!

It is a bit noisy since it's very close to the station. It isn't like unbearable noise but yeah, slightly noisy to my liking.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond to search and call pharmacies on the Sunday (most are shut) in an emergency, happy to provide hair dryer on asking as was listed as included in the room, all areas were clean, wifi box per floor so excellent signal, absolutely massive room for the price! Property itself exceeded expectations, location however very much did not.

The area is a very unsafe location, especially from the evening onwards. Wouldn't recommend walking from the train station to the hotel despite being across the road, resorted to ubers for the rest of the trip to drop us directly at the hotel door after being physically accosted in the street outside during daylight hours early evening time on the first day there, and to be aware that the property is in the red light district which we weren't forewarned.

The staff were very nice and friendly. I was positively surprised by the state of my room on the seventh floor, the size of the bed and and how quiet it got when the windows were closed even though there was the noise of the trains and some construction work nearby. There was a really nice taco place at the top of a hotel six minutes' walk away, and the Brussels North train station is very close.

Based on some other reviews I wasn't entirely sure what to expect of the neigbourhood, and sure yeah it had that big city night in the backyard of the train station energy, but it was nothing unusual. Expect to be ready to throw a middle finger up at some point if you're a woman. An interesting contrast between real big glass wall business/hotel buildings and very small family car washes and everything kiosks etc.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even went out of their way to lend me a charging cable that I had forgotten to bring, the room was large and comfortable, everything appeared clean. It is a very convenient location right next to the main train station and buses and a few minutes walk from Center and department stores.

I would not recommend staying there with children because it turned out to be located in a very bad section of town and Upon returning late one night we discovered that the whole street was windows with prostitutes in them. I did not feel threatened or danger in any way but I would not expose children to everything in that area. Highly recommended for adults however

Excellent location near the Bruxelles North train station, and the metro station. Large room, and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff are very friendly. About a 20 minute walk to the main tourist areas.

The proximity to the train station is also a downside, as a rather rough crowd assembles around there in the evening. Best to not be walking around that area after dark if you can avoid it. Also, the air conditioner in my room needed servicing, as it was quite weak.

Incredibly smooth exit and entry. Literally took less than a minute either way. Location excellent. Room was pretty and massive! Bed was comfy. TV and Wifi worked. Complementary Tea Coffee simple but nice.

Only issue was that a fitting in the bathroom was old. - Panel under the sink came off, could see the pipes. Had to manually place it back. Also the location was very close pretty areas, but the immediate view for us was in front of a train station so eh.

The bed is amazing, we slept like babies 😍😍😍😍 it is huge and confortable. The location is fine, because is close to the Nord Station, like really close and also from the city center. The staffs were really nice and polite 😊.

The cleaning could be better, especially the bathroom and the towel was with a weird smell. Also about the location, even though is close to everything, is good to be a little bit careful around. Weird faces, especially if you're a woman 😉
