The room was warm enough, the bed was really comfy and great staff at the reception.

Few things I didn't like in my room one of them is that the window open toward the coffee shop that serve shisha, not only the smell of the burning coal comes inside the room but also you can hear the people talk outside which makes it really hard to sleep. The bathroom need alot of work on it a weird smell comes out of it.

Stuff treatment, bed comfort, room had heat and air conditioner, bathroom, tv with wifi, great internet

Everything was great, except talking noises next to our bed. It was really annoying and hard to sleep. Our room number was 12 and we think you should find a solution about it.

We stayed in the helmet hotel august 9th we were travelling from Ireland for he colplay concert. Check in wasnt until 2pm but we arrived at 930 am after an early flight and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They made sure a room was cleaned and got it ready for us in 20 mins. Very friendly gave us lots of help with tram lines and where to go etc. A lovely stay and fantastic staff . Hotel is very central,clean and very good value for money. Would highly recommend

I really liked the fact that it was Convenient to find its often a hassle but this one was great for me.

The view wasn’t great i would’ve wanted something more front street so I could people watch and gauge the weather better.

I always stayed there! But he is very disorganized and with a very rude reception

The rooms are very without heating and hot water, also bad smell, and when we pay a room for two people that the second person goes up later, they don’t even try to know the real reason for the second person going up next and already knock on the door being thick and uneducated

The hotel and the staff were very friendly. The location is great, near to marketplace and the public transportation is easily available. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it.

Only the bathroom shower needs minor repair.

I m really happy with the customer service. The man was really great. I reached early although the check in time was 2 pm and I had no where to charge my phone he let me check me in earlier.

The room might not be what you have expected. But it was pretty Good and there is a bit of damage in the room which need to be fixed. But overall I am happy with my experience.

A good hotel, quiet and clean.. the lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful, Nice location in the northern part of Brussels, shops and restaurants all around. A 20 minutes walk to La Grand Place that feels like 2 minutes..

i forgot my expensive earphones in the room. told the receptionist in the afternoon and the cleaning team found it and gave it to me the next day. really honest team :) thanks to the receptionist especially

It was exactly what it said it was. Location was decent too.

The area around it isn’t great- but that’s nothing against the hotel as that is fine.
