I stayed in the hotel for a few days, and I can definitely recommend it! I injured my leg a couple of weeks before visiting Brussels and had to use crutches, the staff were brilliant, helpful and attentive and provided me with a transport chair, so I can move around more easily. The only little minus during the stay was the fac t that our room was really hot and it was not possible to adjust the temperature, but even this the hotel staff were trying to fix and sent someone to look into it straight away when we told them about the issue. Breakfast was great as well, really good choice of foods, all fresh and tasty.

We were able to check in earlier without any problem, which was a very big help for us. The sauna and the gym were amazing. We were able to see the sunset 🌇 and the city from the sauna's window. It was beautiful. There is no extra charge for the gym and the sauna, which is very rare nowadays. Our room was nice and we had everything that we needed. The location is very good. Close to Brussel - Noord train station and to Roger Metro station. I'm very satisfied with the hotel, because it's about my expectations.

Excellent location, Fantastic staff, very good facilities, very clean and, reasonably priced.

The rooms are a little bit tight to move around in. To walk round the bed you needed to lean over it to avoid bumping in to the the television on the wall. In my room, the bathroom door lock did not work. As I was single occupancy it did not matter however, friends who were in twin rooms found exactly the same issue. The shower was not the best and I spent a period of time trying to get the right pressure but more importantly, the right temperature as the slightest move took it from roasting hot to freezing cold.

Modern hotel, clean and well-organised. Downstairs bar and games area looked very cool, underground car park attached right behind the hotel, although it was VERY tight and required mounting kerbed pavement to get into entrance and exit. Didn't try breakfast, although looked good, room on 17th floor had great views and good air-con in 35 C degree summertime.

Cheaper options out there, although Thon seemed best option for city-proximity, value & parking combined. 20 minute walk to the centre through a bit run-down neighbourhood, however easy access and exit on the inner-city ring road.

Great stay - the hotel is very conveniently located only a short walk (10-15 mins) from the centre and sights. The hotel itself was very modern and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay is that the hotel room itself was quite warm - there was no air conditioning and the windows didn’t open (assuming due to health and safety with being on the 22nd floor). The only fresh air was through a small air vent built into the cabinets. Breakfast was lovely but slightly pricey. Other than that, can’t complain as it was great stay and affordable overall!

The hotel has a great location in Brussels – right next to Rogier metro station and several bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city. The building is tall, but there are enough elevators so you never have to wait long. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and included some welcome gifts for guests – a lovely touch. The interior felt cozy, and the value for money was excellent – you get exactly what you expect, maybe even a bit more.

The room lacks a main ceiling light – it relies only on bedside lamps and ambient lighting. While cozy, it makes the room feel a bit too dark in the evening. The window couldn’t be opened, and at times, fresh air was really needed. Also, the bathroom/toilet door wouldn’t close properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent facilities: large hotel with a top-floor sauna with outstanding views across the city. Good quality rooms. Location right next to the metro and only 15 mins walk to Grand place. A few minutes walk to several restaurants and a supermarket next door. Comfortable (firm) beds. So good to have A/C that works well and windows that open (although partially open only for safety reasons as our room was floor 21). Fabulous views from the higher floor bedrooms. Plenty of lifts so no waiting around despite the large size of the hotel.

Ask for a lower floor room if you are not great with heights (hotel has 29 floors)

The hotel is situated near the Rogier hub of EU buildings and the North Station, both accessible with a 5 minute walk. The hotel is big and frequently you're assigned high into the top floors, which is cool. The hotel has a gym, bar and snack area. My room was big and well equipped.

The A/C was on when I arrived and the heating set very high so it felt a bit tropical for me, and windows can't be opened so there's little you can do. My shower (room 2201) had a leak and after the shower the bathroom floor had water all over. The sink in the room had an obvious crack and didn't feel very reassuring.

The room was clean, very comfortable and had everything you would usually expect. Check in and check out was easy. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to enjoy a drink at the start or end of a night. The onsite sauna was amazing, wasn’t busy at all and was lovely at around 75 degrees celsius. The hotel gym was okay, but needs some updates and additions. The property was about a 10-15 minute walk from the true heart of the city and right near a local metro station for easy connections.

Nothing particular other than the gym really needs a bench of dumbbell exercises at least.

The location of the hotel is super comfy. Near metro station, Brussels Nord train station, old landmarks just in 15 minutes walk. Room was clean, it comes with coffee maker and kettle. Which was a definite + for us. We had a view of 22 floor so enjoyed it, most of the noise of the streets did not reach us.

Room size is small, but you see it when you book, it is ok for single stay but for two people may be a bit tight. We had our room without breakfast, and in hotel it seemed to me expensive, so we ate mainly in nearby cafees.
