I don't know why there is an average score, but I'm glad I chose this place. The surroundings of the facility may look creepy, but I passed through the streets many times during the day and evening, and felt safe. It seems to be a neighborhood populated by immigiants as I read the reviews before I booked, everyone seemed to mind their own business. Moreover, you can walk to the old city in half an hour. I have slept in such a comfortable bed in very few hotels. I bought microwaveable ready meals from the supermarket and easily ate hot meals in my room. The friendly staff helped me a lot. I felt like at home. I am a very light sleeper. But contrary to my expectations, it was extremely quiet. In short, I am very pleased.

Even though it is summer, the room smells a little moisture. The bed may also be a little humid. It can be easily solved with a diffuser.

The rooms are clean spacious and I like the aesthetic. Be aware that there is no air conditioner but I don’t think it’s necessary? We had cold temperatures while we stayed. Maybe consider this for the summer.

Everything was perfect, the only thing we didn’t really like that much was the location, is a 100% muslim neighborhood so they all have their own culture and almost everyone speaks their own language. For us it was hard to find a restaurant near the condo, the nearest was a McDonalds 1 km away.

Review of my Stay at the Hotel: I recently spent a few days at this youth-oriented hotel in the city center, and I must say, I had nothing but positive experiences. Right from the beginning, I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who was ready to assist me with any questions I had. Additionally, the system with a code for entry and keys in a special case makes the check-in process incredibly convenient and secure. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to reach the main attractions and the city center. It's also close to the Brussels Red Light District, which adds a bit of excitement to the surrounding atmosphere. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and I felt right at home. As an overall impression, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of convenience, friendly service, and the hotel's excellent location. I would happily return here on my next trip. Fucking homeless people on the streets of Brussels, begging, littering and pissing everything around.

We arrived late (after midnight) we collected the keys from the safe after I did in advance the check in. the instructions that I got were very clear. The staff that we saw was nice, helpful and I was always greeted with a smile. reading previous reviews prepared me to expect a place that needs updating so I wasn't surprised or disappointed. Parking facility is great, private and secured and I could park a commercial van. and I will most likely book it again in my next business trip to Brussels.

As many reviews mentioned, the place needs updating. broken tiles in the corridor and the room and a general feeling that the place needs a proper renovation instead of small temporarily fixing that are very visible, it's like putting a small plaster over a big wound. The shower head kept on falling but at least the water pressure was good. Also the sheets although they were clean it looks like they have been used thousands of times already yet I still slept all night through and felt very comfy.

This is a best hotel for family. The room size is big with one kitchen. Also there is a small garden in the hotel with BBQ facilities. The internet Wifi connection good. There are super market, restaurants near hotel Tram and metro Nord station is also near. Flaxi bus to other European countries also.depart from here.

There is no lock in the bath room , also no drainage hole on the bath room floor, the water come out which you need to clean or stop it with towel at the door of the bathroom

The condo was big, we had lots of space. There was a fridge and warm water for the shower. We had the minimum conditions to stay. So it was a fair price for what it offers. Relatively close to the metro - these condos probably are better suited for adults or families with bigger children, that can walk fast and easy for 10 minutes to the metro. Also I find it well suited for longer stays.

the neighborhood - I personally did not fell very safe there. (weird people on the street, lots of garbage on the street, also in front of the property. Outlet was out of the wall (unsafe for small children but the outlet was working so we could use it) Door handle was falling sometimes. Cleanliness was not excellent.

Good reception forward and great smile, a beautiful room to stay with friends or couple, excellent location nearby restaurants and transport.

The sink, the shower was clogged drain it's not be good to take a shower or use all the toilet.

Nice location in Brussels near Gare Nord, you can go to the city centre by tram (only 3-4 stations). Very comfortable beds, fast wi-fi, everything you need at the kitchen + iron in room (it was very comfortable). Hot water in shower, coffee, tea and just a lot of space in room.

It was noisy, you can hear every room near yours. Doors in our shower didn’t close good, so it was a lot of water on the floor of bathroom.

Room was very clean with a little kitchen with fridge, kettle and free teas, coffees and sweets. Shower was great, really high pressure and hot. Decent location for the price, about a 25 minute walk from the city centre and the area felt fairly safe to walk around. Overall, a good budget stay in this wonderful city, served our purpose exactly.

Despite it actually not being that warm in Brussels when we were there, the room was absolutely boiling and it made it really hard to sleep. Could have done with a fan or something.
