- The location is very close to the center and within walking distance - The rooms are very clean and cleaned regularly and very well every day - The breakfast is very nice and sufficient - Mohammed, one of the reception staff, was extremely helpful and very interested. I would like to thank him in particular. Evaluating this staff of yours in much better positions will add value to your hotel. - However, a lady at the reception, Fermanda (of Spanish origin), was extremely uninterested and angry. We wanted to make a taxi reservation from her for 11.50 in the morning. She said she did. We were ready in front of the reception at 11.30 and we said we were ready, the taxi could come if it was available. She said no I can't call again, it will be here at 11.50. When the taxi still didn't come at 12.10, she said it would be a little late. Although we waited 30 minutes longer than the time we requested until 12.20, the taxi did not come. We had to call a taxi ourselves from the road. We caught the plane at the last minute. As a summary, the lack of a mechanism to monitor the behavior of the staff working at the reception towards customers is a huge deficiency. Rewarding those like Muhammed and warning those like Fer… would add value to your hotel. I will write my reviews on Booking.com also.

We liked our stay. Everything was clean, we didn't have a lot of city noise. We had to walk 20 minutes to the city centre. For that price, an ideal place to be! We slept well and we thought it was a pro that we could sleep in until we had to leave at 12pm in a pretty dark room because of the curtains (although it was already light outside). It was very nice after having conquered the nightlife of Brussels. ;-)

The girl at the reception maybe had a rough day? She seemed a bit annoyed. That was the only con, because the rest of the people were very nice and respectful.

Room: Super comfortable accommodations that perfectly matched the Japanese aesthetic. The room was well-designed and provided a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Clean: The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness standards throughout our stay, which was very much appreciated. Staff & Service: The reception staff and hotel team were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond for guests. Special mention to a lovely lady from Magnolia (wish I remembered her name!) who was incredibly kind and accommodating. When we requested an extra bed, it was provided as a complimentary service - excellent customer care. Location: Outstanding location with easy walking access to the city center and Brussels' Manhattan business district. The Yser metro station is directly in front of the hotel, making transportation extremely convenient for exploring the city.

While the hotel itself is excellent, there are some suspicious individuals who gather near the local shops and sit in walking areas, which made us feel somewhat uncomfortable

The staff were very responsive and when I asked before I arrived for a quiet room I was pleasantly surprised on arrival that I got a very quiet room with courtyard view it was so beautiful in there, loved the decoration and the Japanese touches. I also liked the extra body creams provided. The bathroom was spacious and pleasant as was the room. It had a Nespresso coffee machine too with enough capsules to make 2 coffees per person which is amazing! I found the neighbourhood fine and I arrived really late at 11pm it is a big boulevard but the hotel is very close to the tube stop so that also is super convenient. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is renovated, clean and in a great location (in the city center, close to the metro station and the shopping area). The room was spacious, very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is really kind and helpful. It has great breakfast, wonderful coffee, tasty food and a lot of choices for vegans and vegetarians.

The windows were not soundproof and the noise from the street was unbearable. Probably this is not a problem for people who travel for leisure, but for people who travel for work a quite room is of utmost importance. It is a pity, because the hotel is really great as a whole!

Easy to reach from Yser Metro station (less than 5-minute walk) and ideally placed to reach attractions in the city centre and further afield such as The Atomium (approx. 20-30 minutes on Metro). Able to find breakfast at places 15 minutes away on foot. Efficient, friendly, and professional check-in service. Clean room correctly supplied with items listed and larger in size than expected. Modern and minimalist aesthetic suited our needs.

Room assigned directly next to elevators. Would recommend to request quieter room to potentially avoid this allocation in future. Although other guests were respectful and not very noisy as they came in and out of the elevators, it would have made the overall experience 100% not to be in this room.

I had an excellent stay at Yadoya Hotel, and I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that made my visit so enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, seamlessly blending comfort with elegance. The hotel exuded a serene, Japanese-inspired aesthetic, with lush greenery that created a refreshing and tranquil atmosphere. Beyond the beautiful setting, the hospitality was astounding - the staff were warm, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Everything was immaculately clean, and the ambience was both inviting and relaxing. My stay felt like a perfect balance of luxury and harmony making it a place I’d love to return to.

The only aspect I found slightly inconvenient was the absence of a fridge in the room, which would have added to the overall comfort. However, aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return for another stay.

The Staff ( Mohammad, Fernanda & Adam) are the BEST! Friendly, hospitable and very patient with all our questions. They gave us great advice and it was nice getting to know them. We arrived early morning so we left our luggage in a secure space and ventured into the city which is about a 20-25 min walk. The morning breakfast staff equally awesome. I recommend taking the breakfast as part of you plan . They offer hot section of scrambled eggs ,bacon dumplings and rice. They have cold cuts and cheeses . A waffle machine and all types of coffee. There is a Carrefour a down the street so you can pick up stuff for the day which was great. The pictures you see online are exact.

The location at night is a bit dark for my taste but I want to say we managed and had no issues . We were a 10-15 min walk to Noord Station and the area in the morning is very quiet and we took this station to travel to Bruges one day and Antwerp the next day with no issues but like anywhere else be aware of your surroundings. However I find at night this station and area quite dark and I didn't feel safe to get off at Noord station so my Mom and would get off at Centraal at night for both these trips so that we could walk thru the city and enjoy the atmosphere while walking back to our hotel. Centraal is a very busy station with lots of people so it felt better but of course you stay aware of your surroundings.

I had a pleasant stay at Yadoya in Brussels. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent—walking distance to the Grand Palace and train station. The soundproofing helped with the nearby highway noise, though it was still noticeable but tolerable. Breakfast was decent, with limited options, and there’s no on-site restaurant, but plenty of nearby dining choices.

Only breakfast is available, with limited options like cold chicken, ham sandwiches, and croissants, but the quality was great. However, there were some missing amenities—no slippers, shower cap, toothpaste, or toothbrush in the room, and no coffee capsule refills.

The metro station is on the same block. The hotel is really pretty and has comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is really kind and proactive. The rooms are quiet, you can't hear any other guests.

It's not the best option for when you travel with big luggage or with more than a couple friends because the rooms are very small. There is not a lot of space to open the luggage if someone else is moving around. The sink didn't work in the first room we got and got moved to another one where the water got out of the shower and soaked my slippers. Even when there's an elevator you might need to carry your stuff up some steps because of the hotel's design which is not very turist friendly.
