The location is great. the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place - the center of historic Brussels. There is a very close metro/tram station. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and pubs serving good Belgian beer. The room has a well equipped kitchenette. In addition there is a free coffee/tea machine for guests in the lobby.

The room was small. The walls and ceiling are very thin and you can hear noises from the other rooms. Also avoid rooms that face the internal court of the hotel. Guests stay in this court until late hours and the acoustics there amplifies the noise they make.

Great location, many bars and restaurants close by and a short walk to the Grande Place. Staff were very nice. The apartments are well laid out and have everything you need.

They don’t offer cleaning service. They did say we could get fresh towels from reception which we did but given we stayed for 4 nights, some cleaning should be offered. We don’t usually want a full clean but emptying bins, fresh towels and a top up of loo paper is basic really.

The hotel is away from the bustling centre, but not too far. A short walk to the old centre. Compared to another property where we had stayed the staff were friendly and helpful. We took an option without breakfast as it was possible to prepare a meal in the studio. It was equipped with all the basics and there were enough supermarkets nearby. We could take a mug from the studio downstairs to the very welcoming breakfast/lounge area and help ourselves to free coffee or tea.

If we had taken breakfast it was relatively expensive

Excellent position! There is a very nice and furnished organic supermarket close to the hotel. Comfortable bed and very essential room. Polite staff.

GREAT location!!! Just a 2 min walk from the subway station. Lots of restaurants walking distance, there is a convenient store close by and a 10-15 min walk into the centre of the city/grand place. Very quiet area and I had a garden view so it was very quiet and easy to sleep! I LOVED having the kitchen and desk space. I was working from my room so it made it very comfortable! There is no a/c in the room but they provided a fan, which was much needed! Wifi was very strong, which was great for remote working!

There was an odd/moldy smell as soon as I walked in. It must have been from the bathroom but I didn't see any mold in the bathroom itself. The room itself was fine and had no smell. They provided filtered water in the common area but they didn't tell me about it, only just mentioned that there is tea and coffee so I ended up wasting a lot of money buying bottled water. They also don't provide any mugs in the area, they tell you to bring them from your room but if you've already checked out, you're out of luck.

Great location, with view over the square, and so close to the Metro and only 10 minutes to Grand Place, etc. Spacious studio, lots of storage. Huge bathroom. Access to a laundry in the building was appreciated.

There were only 2 glasses. Maybe domecwine glasses as well as some more water glasses would have been good. No housekeeping, although we were there for 5 nights. A clean and fresh towels after 3 days would have been appreciated.

Well located in downtown, close to everything we needed with nice street view. The room had a well-equipped kitchenette and everything works. We were able to cook our meals. TV had English channels too. Overall, we felt at home and it was value for money.

Hmm.....We requested for the room to be cleaned two days into our stay, and we were told the room would not be cleaned for the entire five nights we stayed and we were to empty the waste bins ourselves. In fact, we were shown where the cleaning materials are kept in a store at the reception, so we cleaned the room ourselves. The response sounded like we needed to stay longer than 5 days to be entitled to cleaning. This is a hash policy for the customers. Imagine using a room with the inbuilt kitchen and leaving the waste in there for several days!

We thought the location was excellent , being able to walk to lots of places. However tram and especially the metro were close at hand too so accessibility was superb. Staff were really helpful and breakfast much better than expected - there should be enough variety to suit everyone and staff on duty were excellent and ensured all options were fresh and refilled. So you were never waiting for them to fill up anything eg popular items like juice and eggs!

Nothing really although the bathrooms were probably in a little need of some TLC. But we would be more than happy to stay here again.
