Perfect location in Brussels; would definitely stay there again and recommend. Great room, very comfortable bed. Lovely kitchen and breakfast facilities. Everything was made easy for us. Lovely square with heaps of cafes, restaurants and access to the metro station within about 100m, making this B&B super convenient. Easy walk to city centre.

That we couldn't stay longer. Just be aware of the steep stairs if you have lots of luggage - this was not a problem for us; its just the norm in lots of places.

Great location, felt very safe and 5 minutes to the center. All the restaurants are close and the room was big.

The property canceled breakfast and they let us know about it 3 days before coming, but they don’t serve it for 4 months already. We paid the full price as we would have breakfast. Then 1 day before the end of our stay we asked about possibility of late check out or leaving the suitcases for 2 hours and nobody answered the message. Just really bad communication.

We arrived late but the check-in instructions were so easy to follow that we were able to get into our room, very quickly. The room itself was beautiful and very large. The bed was comfortable and the electric fireplace made the whole room feel super cozy. Breakfast was amazing; there was a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese and cereal to the point where it felt like you were visiting a friend rather than eating at a hotel. Apostolou was a lovely host and could not do enough for us. Unfortunately, It is also important to mention that the location is very safe, which is becoming more and more important now as Brussels (overall) isn’t as safe as it used to be. Even still, we loved this location and this host very much!

Pleasant room with a comfortable bed. Good shower, tea & coffee making facilities. Good location 10 minutes from the Grand Place. Excellent buffet breakfast and a charming host.

The narrow lane in which the property is located doesn't feel great, though it was quiet at night. The second floor room is accessed via a very steep, narrow staircase which would be very difficult for some guests - and as far as we could see, would be the only exit route in an emergency.

An absolutely perfect stay. Starting from the location (quiet side street, perfect if you are visiting the xmas markets) and the information provided by the host (very precise and polite). The room was great, it had an electric fireplace and floor heating. The shower spacious. Lots of storage, a mini fridge, both a kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast was very cozy, with an ample selection of fresh bakery items, jams and cheese. A pity we only stayed for one night! Good to know, there are only 3 rooms so the breakfast area does not get crowded. And be mindful of the very narrow stairs :)

Absolutely beautiful property, in a brilliant location walking distance to everything in Brussels and right next to the Christmas markets - the host was very friendly - and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready when we arrived. The room itself was stunning and so spacious to get ready, the fireplace heater is a lovely cosy touch, and the shower was sublime. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could hope for including fresh breads, cheeses, yoghurts and jams and a huge selection of teas and fruit. We had a wonderful stay - thank you so much!

My room was on the 3rd floor where the stairs were pretty steep and narrow and there wasn’t an elevator. I believe this should be written in capital letters because climbing up those stairs with your luggage might be pretty risky if you are as elderly as me.

Everything, host is a lovely man, breakfast was delicious, rooms were large and very comfortable. It’s quiet, cozy, and literally minutes walk away from grand place, and several other attractions, couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Brussels.

Stairs could be a pain if you pack your suitcase like you’re never going home. Literally nothing else, it’s wonderful.

Lovely room although note stairs up are very narrow. , nice shower. Comfy bed. We really liked the wall of Pukka teas and the umbrella to borrow if raining. In a good location especially for the tram. We didn't realise initially and got a taxi but the tram was super handy. Location was good to restaurants and the main square.

The narrow stairs could be difficult for some but where fine for us. There was a little noise outside but it was a Saturday night. We went to sleep anyway and it quietened fairly quickly.
