The room was big and clean. The location was 5 minute to St. Catherine, where there was a christmas market and a metro connection. 15 minute walk to Grand Place. There is a small kitchen at the common area to have coffee or breakfast. I could leave my luggage before check in and after check out at the guest house. The host was easily contacted by Whatsapp.

Not a dealbreaker for me because I was only travelling with a small suitcase, but the staircase was quite narrow and steep. Maybe less convinient for people travelling with a big luggage or small children.

Loved this spot! Very central location. Just a mere 10 minute walk to La Grand Place and loads of lovely bars and restaurants along the way there. Property was really lovely, the whole thing is completely independent so no staff at all, you receive a PIN code before you arrive to access the building and to access your room. I had slight issue with the PIN code but contacted the number on the website and the situation was resolved within minutes! The room was really bright and airy, a really relaxing environment. There is a really stylish communal kitchen on the entrance floor where residents can use the facilities, and on the second floor a little reading area with chairs and couches. A quiet location even though you are close to everything. There is a cleaning service provided also everyday. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this spot :)

Stairs are very steep and spirally and no access to lift so be careful if you have lots of luggage. No T.V. in the room - wasn't a huge deal for us as we were exploring for most of the days. No hairdryer lack of storage in the room but it didn't really bother us.

The room was cozy and clean. Shared kitchen is very nice and clean. Check in was very easy and convenient. Location is also nice because it's walking distance to everything around the centre. I enjoyed my one night stay overall.

The staircases of course, but I guess that's normal for houses in Europe? I've only stayed in the Amsterdam before, and such small staircase is normal. Here's a suggestion, maybe add a vending machine or something for snacks, noodle cups, any stuff guests usually need so that we don't have to go to the convenient store late at night.

Super nice hotel in the heart of the old town and the party area with many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. There is also a small supermarket around the corner. No reception or co. available, but everything worked out great. It would be great if you could leave your suitcases at the hotel after 12:00 on check-out day. Room (no. 4) was super nice incl. great terrace. Bed and bathroom spacious and comfortable.

The only complaints would be that a lamp was missing on the upper floor, the floor had come loose in one place on the upper floor, the heating made very loud happy noises and the drain and/or ventilation smelled extremely unpleasant. But the rest was great and we felt very comfortable.

The location was ideal and the code system for the room was very practical - there was no risk of loosing a key or key card! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests immediately.

The first night we stayed in a room that had a terrace above it and there was a scratching noice in the ceiling all night which made it hard for us to sleep. The next day were were moved and were very happy with our new room. Could be a little noisy at times when other guests were in the halls.

The hotel is located in the best neighborhood in Belgium with plenty of great restaurants and bars at your doorstep. The room is spacious and has great daylight, including a fantastic skylight above the bed and terrace. Hosts were really responsive via text message on Booking and accommodating. Would stay again.

The location is perfect. Well designed and communication and access was very easy.

It was quite warm when we stayed and there is no airconditioning. No bins in the rooms made it difficult to keep clean. Also lack of space to put things down (not even a nightstand) and no hooks for towels and such.

The property is very close to everything and a quick walk to the Metro. Clean and Tidy rooms, felt very comfortable!

The only thing we didn’t like is the very old, steep and narrow stairs which made it extremely hard to carry heavy suitcases up to the top floor. The addition of an elevator would be a good investment into the property (I also imagine it’s hard for the cleaners to navigate up them if they are carrying things.

The hosts are so thoughtful, providing you with coffee, tea (although not English tea) and snacks. The communal spaces were beautiful, the room was so individual and unique and just beautiful looking! The location was a 15 minute walk from the station and about an 8 minute walk from the centre of Brussels such as the grand place. There is a brilliant pub/bar just over the road with really good and cheap beer. Lots of food places to try nearby!

The location is great, very close to the city center. Checkin was quick and easy. The building is nice, the room is clean and cozy.

The only thing worth mentioning are the steep and narrow stairs. We had a small suitcase, so it wasn't a problem for us, but for others with heavy language it might be a little difficult to climb the stairs.
