Central location in the middle of Brussels, the area was absolutely lovely and the restaurants were varied and made us very happy. Very close to great tourist spots Manneken Pis / Palace.

You are not able to drive to the front door, because we were tourists we had to follow the GPS which took us to a pedestrian walkway, we had to park and then my wife and daughter walked to the hotel which was just around the corner. Whilst waiting for them to return the police showed up and questioned me as to what I was doing, when I explained I am tourist and just following the GPS, they somewhat laughed and let me go. Just to advise if you are staying at this hotel, you have to park at the nearby Marriot hotel and then walk to the La Bourse Hotel, the parking garage is down a very steep and narrow (one way in and out only) driveway.

I stayed here for the first time, hotel was easy to reach as it is on a main road and the check-in process was very quick and easy too, staff member Najwa was very polite. Rooms were clean, toilets clean and tidy, well stocked and despite being on a main road there wasn’t any noise in the room. Staff were happy to provide extra pillows upon request. Breakfast buffet was also very well stocked. My partner is a Muslim and it was pleasant to see that both restaurants in the hotel are Halal so our food options weren’t limited. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely stay here on my next visit to Brussels.

It's about 2 blocks from the Grand Place, which is right at the center of most sightseeing. Also, the room and especially the bathroom are larger than I expected for a medium-price Europe hotel. I loved the bathroom! It has a parking garage, luggage storage, and an elevator. It also has a restaurant, although I didn't eat there because I was out doing other things.

This isn't designed to have the amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel - no gym or swimming pool or laundry, facilities like that. But none of that mattered to me. This area is the site of a nightly Palestinian protest. Currently it is very organized and peaceful. But it is noisy at times, and political protests always make me a bit nervous as to whether they could turn non-peaceful at some point. Of course, this would affect not just this hotel but any hotel in the area. (And these protests are also happening in other European cities.)

Nice large family room with a bath and shower. Located right in the centre of Brussels (though beware that the area is fully pedestrianised, so you may need to walk with your suitcase etc.), perfect for museums and shopping. Effective, and very quiet aircon.

Emergency exit staircase blocked with rubbish. Only one small lift can lead to long waits.

Ease of checking in and out. Quick routes to our hotelroom. Friendly reception staff. Free coffee cups refill every day. Comfortable towels and bed sheets. Lots of mirrors for getting ready. Plenty of space in our wardrobe. Everything was back in its exact spot after the room was cleaned. User-friendly safe. Right in the middle of the city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Two pillows per person. Huge kingsize bed. Adjustable window. Bathroom was properly cleaned daily.

Noisy humming from the rooftop/buildings nearby thus hard to sleep with windows open. Could be just our side of the hotel. Some members of restaurant/cleaning staff couldn't speak English properly. Clothing from previous visitors was still in the wardrobe.

The location within the Place de la Bourse is incomparable, facing a historic and really stunning building which was formerly the Stock Exchange Center. Within minutes of walking, on the West side are streets of restaurants serving delicious cuisine from most of Europe and even of Asia, and towards the other, one of the most beautiful square in the world, the Grand Place, with their historic buildings, numerous restaurants and shopping places.  From our windows a great aerial view of the surroundings and most of all the majestic towers of the Grand Place, serving my photographic passion to capture memories of our stay. There is even a great restaurant at the ground floor serving delicious cuisine. The Management and Staff has been very kind and efficient, our room was very well prepared and cleaned up daily.

Really pleased and would certainly stay here again. For the price, the location is excellent within few minutes walk of Grand Place and surrounded by shops, restaurants, sites etc. Can walk everywhere and 10 mins walk from Central train station. The room was an unusual duplex style room which had a staircase to climb to access a raised platform with the double bed. Very comfortable. My only criticism was that the staircase to bed was incredibly steep and narrow and the banister bars were quite far apart, so this makes the set-up not child (toddler) friendly which is not ideal for a family room. Otherwise room was great and perfect for us with 7 and 8 year old children. The buffet Pakistani restaurant annexed to the hotel was amazing. Loved the decor and unique style and the food was superb. All staff throughout were friendly and helpful and good at English so no communication problems.

The style of the room with platform bed is not child friendly for small children. Bathroom slightly dated.

The room was clean and comfortable with AC. The location is at the heart of the city next to the Exchange building.

I made an error in booking date and immediately realized after making the payment. The reservation was non-refundable so I requested to change the date through Booking.com. It shows the price difference shown was about 10 euros. Instead of accepting the date change request, hotel staff changed the date and charged a 50 euros change fee. Don’t want to argue about it as it was my mistake in the first place and I was happy that it was fixed, but can’t help feeling my situation was been taken advantage of. They had gone outside of the system to make a few more money.

Great location, room was fine. Cleaning staff was very friendly, front desk was helpful but not overly friendly. Loud people on our floor made it difficult to sleep until about midnight, people opening and slamming doors, laughing, talking, the sound echoes through the hallway. Our AC broke, but was fixed within 30 minutes. Great location, 2 blocks from the square.

Loud. In the morning the streets were dirty from prior night's partiers, with some people stumbling around. But it was safe with people present at all times during the day and night.

The hotel is perfectly located on a lateral street of the Bourse building, 3 minutes walking distance to the Grand Place, 10 minutes distance to the train station and 5 minutes to Saint Catherine street with its restaurants. I booked a room without windows as I was staying only for one night and didn't need more than that. My room was in the 4th and last floor, with 2 roof windows (velux). The single bed was confortable and the room spacious for one person. There was a wardrobe, a round table, a place to put the suitcase and a little table with a coffee machine. The bathroom was very spacious, with a bathtub. There was even a mirror with bluetooth connection so you can listen to your music while taking a bath. I did not expect those gadgets. The staff was kind and they kept my backpack in the reception from 11:00 to 15:00 so I managed to visit the city without the heavy backpack on. I did not take the breakfast, I bought bread on a bakery close by and had the coffee from the machine. The hotel has an indian restaurant that had lots of options but I did not try it this time. The price is a little bit high if you are on a tight budget but I wanted to be close to the train station and the city centre so for me it was perfect.

The TV did not work, but at the end an interesting book was just as good.
