We appreciated the flexibility of the hotel concerning our booking. We could not come at the dates originally booked because of a storm/cancelled trains and we had no problem changing the dates the very day of our planned arrival without any extra charges. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was calm and very clean and we had a good view. There were even a little fridge, a coffee machine and a hairdryer - those cannot be found in every hotel these days. We were close to restaurants and bars and had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

The breakfast was good, but it would have been better if there had been more choice and more staff. There was one single person for everything (reception, breakfast, kitchen, etc.) so it took some time to get bread or other things ("supply chain" not working). Also a larger choice of cheese, charcuterie, etc. as well as fresh bread (not the pre-baked one) would have been good, but of course this would have been even harder to handle for only one person. For longer stays it would certainly be nice to have a cupboard for clothes.

Excellent staff,always try to help and find solution to any request. The location was near main walking zone, 3 min, and nearist square St. Cathrine, 1 min was amaizing, full of small cafe and restaurants surrround a fontans. Even there is shown that there in no wifi, there is, regularly, and it works in all part of hotel normally. Brekfast is more than enough. Lift works normally. Quite. Everithing is clean and fresh. Beds are excellent an all room generally. There is a coffe machine. All the best to all team All recomendation.

This is one of the nicest places we've stayed in Europe ! The decor was fantastic! It felt really high end and luxurious. It was so clean and comfortable. The main communal eating area was well stocked with hot drinks available all day and the breakfast was great! Our room was big and comfortable and also nicely decorated. It was well located and we walked to almost all the things we wanted to see, but it was also quiet and felt safe. I could also walk to a laundromat! The staff were on hand all day until late evening to help you with anything.

Nothing - we literally loved everything about this place!!! I have nothing negative to say.

Breakfast was excellent. I liked that they had umbrellas available for guest use as needed. The staff was attentive and kind. It was a good option for a budget conscious solo traveler. Clean, decent price, attentive staff, budget friendly, and decent location.

The room and the lift were quite small, but is think it may be typical size for a hotel room in Europe. My hotel room door did not fully open because it was blocked by the bed. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. I think adding a couple bottles of water to the room would add a very nice touch. Overall it was a good experience for a solo traveler.

I spent two nights in a double bedroom (Junior Suite) on the top floor during a business trip. The room was quite spacious, with plenty of space even for two people with luggage. It had a large window that let in lots of natural light and offered a nice view of Brussels' rooftops — I really enjoyed it! Both the room and the bathroom were clean, and I appreciated the selection of the courtesy set. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was fine. The hotel is very well located — within walking distance of almost everything in the city centre and just a few steps from the metro station. The street is quiet and safe, despite being literally two minutes walking from St. Katherine's square and its bars. I will consider booking with Maison Arya again.

Nothing that can really be changed, but personally, I don't like having the sinks in the bedroom instead of in the bathroom. Also, there are no places to hang towels next to the sinks.

Good selection for breakfast of hot (scrambled eggs and bacon) and cold (pastries, toast, selection of spreads, meats/cheeses/salad, cereal). The location of the hotel was great, 10-15 minute walk into the town and close to restaurants away from the centre. Staff were friendly both in person and via email (some correspondence before arrival and they were very helpful) Liked that the entrance to the hotel is key card/buzzer entry which offers a sense of security. Quiet area

Room was warm, even with the aircon on or window open but it was manageable.

Great location. It was really easy to get back and forth to the main stations and in to the central areas in town. The staff were great and welcoming. We needed some advice about our travel plans and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Really good to have a little fridge in the room too.

The only issue (and is a small one) was the shower. It was a bit temperamental when trying to keep the temperature steady. Not really a problem, just a bit annoying.

I would definitely recommend the specific accommodation, especially for work visits since it combines all necessary services for a smooth stay. The staff was always friendly willing to assist with any matter, breakfast was served not only on time but earlier than the stated timeframe (which was very convenient when we had to leave the accommodation due to an early meeting), cleaning staff cleaned on a daily manner our room, the room was quite for us to rest at nights (and our room faced the main street), and we were located at a 2-minute walk from the metro station of St Kathrine. Breakfast was very nice offering many options for all likings and the coffee was very good (which is a rare occasion at hotels). Also, the area where the breakfast is served is a very nice place for one to work remotely if needed since the WIFI is excellent and it offers all sorts of comfortable sitting arrangements. An additional bonus, was the music playing which was great.

The only thing which was negative to our stay was that the bathroom floor needed a mopping upon our arrival. I would recon that this was a one-off experience, since the cleaning service was impeccable throughout our stay.

Wonderful location, close to everything which was perfect since we didn’t have a car. Breakfast was great. Wifi was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator was sometimes problematic because when someone on another floor didn’t close the elevator door, it would get stuck there. This happened to us a couple times. The other issue was the lighting in our room was terrible. The light switches were confusing, the lights themselves were in your face, too bright, with no shades. It would be nice to have a bedside lamp or reading light or something, instead of the super bright light that we couldn’t block or turn off.
