The staff is great. The hotel is generally nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. There is a big TV with many channels and a good working area both inside the room and in the hotel lobby. There were a few things in the room that could use some maintenance, but generally, it was clean. The breakfast was decent.

The location is good if you have some business in Tour & Taxis, but otherwise is not the best as the neighborhood is a bit shady (as a local warned us). There are a lot of kids/students staying long term in the hotel, so it can be noisy at times. I didn't mind, but if you are looking for a business hotel, this might not be for you. All in all, I liked the stay, but the value for the money was not great.

The hotel lobby have nice interior for a budget hotel. With a kids corner, small mini mart (but pricey), billiard and just a lot of sofa to sit on. Decent choices for breakfast but hot food is lukewarm, well for the price you pay its really a good breakfast with a lot of choices. Lovely garden in the back of the hotel. Hotel is short staffed but the staff are very nice and hospitable. Area is 3mins walk from the tram station, very convenient for our daytrips. But the area is dodgy. Not the Belgium/Brussels we expected. Room is big enough for the family, with kettle, towels and toiletries. It be nice to have a smart tv. AC is much needed for the hot summer days. We loved that it actually works great and we had comfortable sleep.

As mentioned Hot food from breakfast is lukewarm, no tea or coffee sachets in room even just drinking cups or spoon. We stayed for 4D3N they clean the room once and didn't pick up our rubbish so it was stuck there for the whole stay overflowing. There is a refrigerator in the room but not really work well. Only 1 pillow each. Area is not recommended, apart from its a close walk to a tram station.

the location was amazing. just a short walk from the tram. amazing people, there to help you with anything you need. comfortable room and services.

there could be improvements when it comes to the cleaning services. especially in the bathroom. weird red stain on the floor and the glasses looked used and not cleaned. also, when we asked for the cleaning services, the trash in the bathroom was not taken. i am not sure if it was a mistake, or they don’t really pay attention to it. also, usually the bed sheets are changed when they clean, this did not happen in here.

Location was great for my purposes. The room was big, but dated. Clean and everything worked, but an update would be great. The breakfast is good. However, you can not get dinner at the hotel restaurant on Sundays.

The pictures of the rooms are quite flattering compared to reality.

The hotel recently changed property and the the staff at the desk moved from wearing an elegant uniform to a ridiculous sweater in an ugly blue colour and printed with a big "smile" on the back. I believe that this is an insult to their professionality, IMHO the management should reconsider this choice, the desk staff is the first contact point for customers and shouldn't be asked to wear in a way that depreciates their professionality. Looks like the new management is trying to "renew" the image of the hotel as if it was an old company taken over by a start-up of young hipsters. Please, step back from this!

We stay for 2 night and we do like the size of rooms and amietis, the bus stops and center are just 20 minutes walking by car 10min. Xell located and nice decoration on the lobby

The hotel needs to improve more in the rooms decorations and cleaning control of stuff, we saw many dirt corners in the room with spiders nets including dusty floors on toilet and hair on the bathroom wall (including tub) i had to wash it before we use. I guess it's need more stuff inspection after cleaning. Also would be very nice ifthe hotel offers a thea thea packs for the guests on the room and cleaning thea jars.it was very durty the jars i had to wash it to use and bring my on thea 😪

The location was only 10 mins to the north station which took me to most of the attraction I wanted to visit. Room was spacious. Staff was lovely. Breakfast options were nice too.

I arrived at the hotel at 14:40-ish and patiently waited to check in. Around 14:55, the staff assisted another client as there was something wrong with their room. So I took a seat, and by the time, they returned, there was a long line, and there was only one receptionist. I was not able to check in until 15:15. It would be nice to have at least 2 staff members present when it is time to check in. And the TV won't turn on.

Whether it was help with directions, local recommendations, or simply a friendly smile at the reception, their hospitality made a real difference. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The common areas were equally well-maintained, and the atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and welcoming — perfect for travelers of all kinds. Its location in the center of Brussels was also a major plus, giving us easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Overall, our experience at a&o Brussels Centre was excellent in every way. We felt cared for and comfortable, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Brussels.

The hotel is located in the northern part of Brussels, near to specific venues. It was only 5-minute walk to my venue, so it was very convenient and I did not have to use any means of transport. Moreover it is very well located from the North Train Station, which gives a very good connection to the aiport. The hotel staf was very friendly. The room was big (you can hardly find such big rooms in hotels) and the price was reasonable. I will select the same hotel in the future, if my business meetings are nearby.

The hotel is a bit far away from the Grand Place. You need approx 15 min. walk to reach the Grand Place. The rest was really great.

I loved the grand lobby, the spacious and clean rooms, the fact it had single bed options. It's great for a groups; we stayed with 16 ladies and everything was spot on. It was only a 25 min walk to grand place, or we just as easily took the metro. We felt safe to walk there day and night. Parking under hotel was perfect and afforadable. We loved the atmosphere, the breakfast buffet and the friendly and helpful staff.

The beds were fine, the rooms were clean, but a little outdated and bland.The rooms were extremely hot, while the hall was nicely air conditioned.
