Location very close to the town of Vildoore and only 9 minutes from Daelhof Crematorium which we needed . Very kind , discreet and helpful night and day staff who helped charge up my phone and carried up some clothing for us for a funeral . They were efficient and kind and helped book a taxi for us . The room was very quiet , simple and comfortable and had all we needed except decaf but we gout ! Our service dog was welcome there for free .

I arrived at the Campanile to check in. Was greeted with a happy smiling person made me feel welcome straight away. The room was perfect basic but comfortable. I used the restaurant in the evening. The Chef came to take my order explained a few extras ( menu of the day ) etc I ordered my meal I enjoyed the food and the service

Hotel had everything I needed. Location was perfect, right at the station with a shuttle bus to the festival I was attending. The beds were comfy and room a good size. Nothing super fancy but perfect for what I needed and paid for. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and the restaurant/bar provided a good feed and alcohol selection

Nothing - exactly what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel

nice and spacy room, proper bathroom, cost free parking lot (a bit packed at night), very good breakfast from 6:30 onwards, walking distance to the railway station (500m)

issuing the invoice was only possible in the morning, voucher needed when leaving the parking lot, it was readily available, but an information on that before would be apprciated (at least I did see any postings)

Excellent hotel at the outskirts of Brussels, big parking, near train station and excellent staff! Nice rooms and coffee pots! Pool table and bar as well as a restaurant.

Location, but very good if you have to travel by car around Belgium

Staff were very friendly and accomodating, location is easy to get to via train, the rooms are exactly what you pay for. We had a great time there for Horst festival, would recommend.

Fridge in the room would have been nice, overall no bad comments for anything else!

The hotel was close to the home of relatives we were visiting so very convenient. Accommodation was basic but clean and quiet. It was suitable for us as we only needed a place to sleep.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and the cook did a vegan meal for me that was not on the menu. The drinks and food were reasonably priced and the decor nice. Large free carpark and even though it is close to a railway it was not really noisy.

The only complaint really was the carpets were old and stained, there was black mold over the shower and a washer in the shower was broken so most of the water came out the hose and not the shower head. Small things really as the room and bathroom were clean.

The staff in restaurant were fantastic! The food was amazing. Great location and safe car park. Breakfast is buffet with lots of it.
