I most appreciated the fast and convenient transportation to the airport via free shuttle bus. The front desk staff were extraordinarily helpful when I needed a first-aid item - really above and beyond my expectations for helpfulness. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Everything was very clean and nice.

The hotel has a restaurant, but for dinner there was only a buffet offered and I wasn't keen on that and I wasn't able to identify any alternative promising restaurant options within easy walking distance. However, this would not have been a problem if I had just done better research in advance and dined before arriving. I also had complications getting to the hotel via the airport; apparently there is a substantial fee imposed on public transit into and out of the airport, which I hadn't appreciated when planning my travel. Of course this is no fault of the hotel, but it made the very long walking distance a bigger downside than I had anticipated. Again, this inconvenience could have been avoided with better advance planning on my part.

Very good restaurant in lobby. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

I have trouble with transfer from airport to hotel. Could not reach reception at time between 14:00 - 16:00. After many trials of call, receptionist promised to send a taxi during 15 min. But needed to wait it 1 hour. Taxi driver had wrongly written last name on the card. During check out receptions could not issue invoice. She promised to send to email. But it was not arrived. I was pushing NH staff during 10 days, first time they sent invoice with wrong details of the company.

Front desk personnel were fantastic, from check in to check out they were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was well laid out, the waiter prompt and courteous and the food was excellent. Highly recommend it!

Had an unpleasant experience with the shuttle bus and driver. I coordinated the shuttle with the front desk as at the time they had no drivers available to pick us up at the airport and they would send a taxi after turning in my rental car. Long story short, no taxi showed up at the coordinated time/place, taxi driver stated to staff we weren't at the designated stop, and when the shuttle driver came on duty and made the normal scheduled pick up an hour later at first refused to let us on. She finally relented and allowed us on the shuttle. It was brought to the attention of the front desk and hopefully the lack of coordination and communication issue was taken care of.

The room is clean, and a decent place to stay to catch a flight or rest after a long flight. In-house free shuttle is a time saver comes and is really helpful for catching flight without any hassle. The temperature of the room is on point which used to be my main problem not here. Well done. Good place to stay.

Drinking Water: No drinking Water in the room which is expected from a hotel. The quality of tap water for drinking is bad even after boiling. There is no water stocked in the store downstairs. Finally I had to buy the most expensive water from the restaurant. Drinking water is a necessary item I am a bit disappointed that the hotel doesn't pay attention to this. Restaurant: The food was good but the staff was rude. It seemed like I was doing a service to them more than the other way around. Don't give a sh*t attitude. I am a bit frustrated.

Excellent hotel. Very close in proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle made it extremely easy to transfer back and forth. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and modern and my room was large and comfortable with a variety of nice toiletries and amenities. I did not eat at the restaurant because of the high prices and I needed to leave before trying the hotel breakfast. The included market in the hotel is convent for grab and go goods but is also quite expensive. Overall, very happy with the experience at this hotel, would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect as it was situated close to the airport, in which the free shuttle dropped us off early in the morning for our flight. The train station was across the road which took us into the main city of Brussels. The staff were welcoming and accomodating when we needed an extra night. There was always fruit available in reception area which was a nice touch. Bar and restraunt, lovely atmosphere and food. Very nice stay.

Just a little problem with our key on the second day as it wouldn't work, but reception was very quick to rectify the problem.

Beautifully clean, great location for both airport and easy access to city centre by tram, station 2 mins walk! Bedroom lovely and airy, bed and pillows really comfy! Breakfast was lovely and a great selection

I understand the hotel is close to the airport and tram station but it is noisy, hotel states soundproof rooms but not the case! Evening bar/waiting staff were rude and completely disorganised, our food took 40mins to arrive and one item was missing, that took another 10mins and not even an apology

Breakfast was really excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

The water from the shower flowed out into the room - poor design/lack of barrier. The hotel advertises a free shuttle to the airport, but the sign at the airport indicated that it ran just every hour, and I would have had to wait 50 minutes for it. Perhaps I should have called the hotel to request the shuttle, but there was no number for that. In the end I walked - interesting, but twists and turns through some poorly-lit areas, and takes about half an hour or so. I missed the 7:30 a.m. morning shuttle to the airport because it was a taxi, which I saw at the front door, but didn't realize was the shuttle; this was poorly communicated.

The evening staff when we checked in were excellent. Checked us in quickly and helped print out our boarding passes and made sure we were set up for the airport shuttle early the next morning. The rooms were large, very clean, and well appointed. Easy walk from the train station. Free shuttle to the Brussels airport that is only 4 miles away.

When we came down to catch our shuttle early in the morning, the person in charge was quite rude. We were a family of 6. When the shuttle came she let a couple of small groups go and there was only 3 seats left on the shuttle. She angrily told 3 of us to go get on. When we protested we needed to go together she got even angrier and said 3 had to go now and wait at the airport for the other 3. The other 3 rode alone on the next shuttle and when my husband asked why we couldn't have waited and all rode together she claimed she didn't know we were all together although we clearly stated it several times.

The hotel is very conveniently located accross from a train station that connects you with the city centre as well as long distance cities. It has a nice restaurant and we enjoyed dinner there. The room was neat, clean and quiet. I thought it was very affordable compared to other hotels in Europe. There was an issue with housekeeping which was redolved and made us feel valued as guests.
