The lady at the hotel was super nice, she offered me a ride with her to the near supermarket. Complementary water was appreciated. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor, i had heavy luggage bu the staff were very nice to help me with it. Location is fairly close to the airport. 13 euro with an Uber, and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby, and I enjoyed a nice stroll around the town, and the lands nearby. Overall recommended.

I felt breakfast could have been included at this price but it was fine as i grabbed my own breakfast from the nearby supermarket. The wearher the night stayed was cool but there is no air conditioning which could have been an issue if it was warmer that night.

We left the car on the parking during our holiday which was only 5 Euro /day. We could order some drinks to take to the room in the evening and they arranged the taxi for the airport the next morning. Everything with a big smile and in perfect Dutch ! During our holiday they called to tell us a window of the car was accidently left open by me. They asked if they could call somebody to close it but nobody from my family was available. So then they proposed to take out the papers, fix it with plastic and keep an extra eye on the cameras. On my return everything was just fine with the car. Best service in years and I travel a lot. Thank you very much !

The location near the airport was key for us. It is well situated so you can get to and from the airport easily; it being about a 4 minute drive from the airport. The room was nice and clean, the hotel was fairly quiet (we arrived late) and the night attendant was very helpful.

The rooms could use a bit more noise insulation. Every door opening and closing felt like it was right next door to us and it was easy to hear guests talking and chattering. We felt we had to be very quiet to not disturb others.

Super massive bed! Woke up in the night in a completely dark room which was nice, but completely disoriented because the bed was so big. It was a great thing. The proximity to the airport and a quiet neighborhood really help get some important rest. Staff were friendly, rooms clean. Everything needed was there.

On the first night we turned on the heater, which went bull blast and was too hot, we didn't manage to turn it off. But I believe this was more our fault than the appliance.

My room was spacious, super-clean, and quiet despite being at the street's level. Bed was comfortable. Shirley is very nice, friendly, and professional either at the reception and serving breakfast.

The Leuvensesteenweg may not be easy to reach if you don't have a car. On the contrary, the bus to the city center can be reached with an easy walk through the neighbourhood.

The location is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is run by a young couple. I appreciated the coffee/tea making facility in the room with coffee/tea bags available. A free bottle of water was a nice bonus. There is a free parking available by the hotel. It was our second stay in this hotel (the first one was under a different ownership) and I´m sure not the last one.

I didn´t find anything I didn´t like.

The buidling in airport in Amterdam was nice a very nice adult lady walked us to the Intl. side to get our way out to travel. The hotel mostly the attendies were very warm. The bulding is nice too. Nice to have water for the customers.

No washing laundry close by. I had back ache after waking up the first day. Lack of warm liquids to drink. Bery clean, but we used the same towel for 3 day, maybe one change could have been enough. Was not good after a loooong flight to have had us change airport to our end arrival and payed more for a taxi plus on rush hour.

Hotel in a calm area, with private parking available. Service of calling taxi from hotel (to airport) is very helpful, the staff is friendly. The room had a very comfortable bad and very clean bathroom, free bottles of water is also a plus.

The room was under the roof and on a hot summer day it was very hot inside, the opened window didnt help so much and no air conditioning was really an issue.

Room and bathroom were decent size, clean enough, with tea. Manager booked taxi to airport, she was friendly and helpful. Airport is about 5-7 minutes to ride, but location is quiet enough for rest. (ask about taxi booking while you cheking in).

No elevator, so if you travel with heavy bag, should ask about the room on a first floor.

I liked the fact that it was quite quiet and had a lot of storage. Really nice bathroom with nice lighting and also a hairdryer ready to use. (Built-in) The bed was extremely comfortable, top notch with that. Different channels on the tv both English and Dutch (maybe more?)

There was a mirror facing the bed and it’s not terrible but for me it’s quite uncomfortable that being there.
