I stayed at voco Brussels City North in Vilvoorde for one night (July 24–25), and everything was simply excellent 🙂 From the smooth check-in process to the parking arrangements, everything was very well organized. The room was fantastic – spacious, modern, and with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the great coffee ☕. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, fresh products, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day 🙂 Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to mention. Usually there are at least some small details when staying at hotels, but here everything was taken care of perfectly. From the parking, to the room, to the breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations 🙂

The staff were super helpful and friendly from Reception to bar and restaurant. We were just passing through to get to Calais so it was just a quick overnight stop but impressed having just come from a 5* hotel. The staff at Voco were more friendly, the hotel was really clean and the food was great. We had an evening meal and it was really good value and excellent quality. The drinks menu was extensive and included cocktails and the staff in the restaurant were great. Really helpful, courteous and friendly. The room had everything you needed and there was a sign in the bathroom advising guests to contact reception if you'd forgotten anything like a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., and they would be happy to provide. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent with lots of choices and a great coffee machine. Thoroughly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Our stay was good. The hotel is quite new which I think is nice as is quite modern. We had a problem with the time for checking in. Our rooms were not ready at the check in time as stated by them. We had to wait for more than an hour for our rooms to be ready. We were given drinks and pastries, still the wasted time won't be back. Rooms are ok, spacious, clean, modern and convenient. We asked for contiguous rooms so my daughters could have their own room. We got connecting rooms which it was more than expected, just little thought about the doors lock again, so had to put a towel on the floor to keep the doors accessible as needed, instead of having to knock on the door every time I needed to go to the their room. Breakfast was ok but scarce, both mornings that we were there we were by around 8-9am and there was not much left (not sure if earlier there was more) in particular the second day we had breakfast fried eggs finished and they never put more. Feel for the family that arrived after us as there was not much left for them to have.

Stick to check-up time. Better breakfast. This is advertised as 'Fabulous breakfast' which I don't consider fabulous, it was way below average in quantity, quality and variety. The entry from the carpark could be improved by having a back entry for guests or an illuminated walk from the carpark. The car bays at the front should be left accessible to guests arriving and having to take the luggage down from their cars, instead of being used to park the electric cars on display.

Direct bus to/from the airport. Easy if you go to the ING Arena (direct bus). Clean room with daily cleaning service (if you decide not to have the daily cleaning service they offer you vouchers for free complementary drink equal the number of days of your staying). There's a kettle and coffee machine with pods, sugar or tea bags, all included so free of charge. There's also a safe and a minifridge with a couple of bottle of water provided. The reception is very friendly and can help you for everything. The view isn't spectacular (there's nothing nearby) but is still fascinating. There's a TV with some channel and internet apps. If needed there's a shoes cleaning thing near the reception (I never used it so I can't say how well it cleans)

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no shops and only fancy restaurant in a walking distance, there are some restaurant/café 20min of walking but no shops. Few busses going there so it could be impossible if any of them are discontinued temporarily. Maybe the pillow they give (2 per bed) are both too soft but that's personal preference.

I loved that they had fresh honeycombs for breakfast. I also appreciated the option to refill water bottles on every floor, that is good service and also sustainable. I recommend to try the Ginger lemon flavor. The hotel in generally is quite far off the Center, but I attended a Workshop at the military Hospital which was only a 10-15min walk from the hotel. Also, there was a direct Bus from the airport that stopped very close to the hotel.

There are no other food options nearby except the hotel Restaurant. For low Budget guests it is not ideal. Also, it was not possible to open the windows (or at least I didnt manage), which is unfortunate if you prefer fresh air over air condition.

Clean and modern hotel . Stayed during heat wave so air conditioning was amazing . I had a room on the 11th floor which was very quiet and extremely comfortable . Breakfast was plentiful . Ate in the bar for two nights and the meals were of good quality . Staff very attentive and helpful , a big thank you to Pedro was genuinely pleased to see you !!

Finally found that amazing hotel (decently priced, eye-poppingly well-appointed, kindly staffed) in Brussels. Beautiful spacious room, perfect lighting, large shower, royal linens, truly king sized bed. Friendly food and bar options. Minutes drive off ring, 9 min drive to airport, yet 2 minute walk to new tram line. This is the place.

Ample and appreciated free parking next to hotel could benefit from improved signage.

Great location. Private parking (18 euros). Excellent breakfasts, a large selection of sweets, drinks. The staff was helpful with our requests, thank you! Electric chargers on the territory for cars. Excellent air conditioning.

The cleaning was terrible. Only after a request was the room cleaned better. The drain in the shower was constantly clogged, and it was uncomfortable. Water was pouring out of the shower onto the floor.

It is a very comfy hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a very nice view on brussels. Staff are professional and helpful.The location is peaceful and very nice. Special thanks to Ibrahim

The location is a little bit far. Train station is 10 minutes walk, but you will need at least 45 minutes in the train to reach Brussels attractions.
