Hotel was moderately homey and clean. The second room we got was away from the road and it was quiet and we got good sleep. Staff was helpful. There are good restaurants nearby. We were mostly staying for the Expo, which is nearby, so the location was good. Atomium is also close. Public transport is ok. There's a bus stop nearby. For subway you have to walk a bit or take a bus.
Our first room was towards the road, with balcony, which was nice, but I figured it's a bit noisy for us, so we asked for another room (which was great). The room didn't have a fridge, which we missed. You also have to walk a bit to get to nearest grocery store (about 1km, 10 mins).

Very friendly Staff. Parking space is limited but that's mentioned upfront and there are parking possibilities nearby. The room is as expected from IBIS, basic and clean. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. A little point of improvement, there is no information to be found about the hotel itself in the room like f.e. diner possibilities or what the costs for breakfast are. Bathroom clean and functional. Bottle of water in the room, sounds very minor nevertheless it's a nice gesture. Location is superb for visiting the Brussels EXPO. The iconic Atomium is on walking distance.

I was there for a concert at the ING ARENA. It’s not far to walk to the arena, there are also a lot of possibilities of public transportation that you can use to get to the city centre. The hotel staff was really friendly!
The only thing that I can think of is that it was a little cold in the room and I could not regulate the heating. But that’s all and not a big drama.

The hotel was very nice. Parking was in an enclosed area at the back and only Euro 10 per day. The little one, 11, had her own bed and space which was super. The location was fantastic with the tram just a 9 minute walk away. We did not take up the breakfast option for the 2 nights and managed to get into town on the tram to get a good brunch. There were a few supermarkets and cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Safe area and very quiet. The room was quiet so we were able to sleep till 9.30am without a problem. The temperature in the room was just right and was cleaned everyday so was really good. There was a bar/restaurants downstairs. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Mariana was super helpful. The Atomium, which is a must see site, was only 15 mins walk away. There is a shopping centre within the Expo site as well which was only a few mins walk too. No kettle or coffee in the room though there was very decent coffee downstairs with a croissant. So once again location, room size, comfort, facilities bar the coffee were all good so five stars!
Nothing to say at all apart from the kettle/coffee or tea not being in the room ! Everything else was super ! No problems at all.

The staff was always friendly and they allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was spotless when we arrived and it was cleaned every day - we loved that! Bonus: we always got some cookies with our coffee at the bar :)
The hotel is close to Atomium and ING Arena (which is great if you're in Brussels for a concert, like we were), but not so close to the city center.

I lovehthe fact that it was close to one of the attractions and to the tram and metro so that I can go to wherever I wanted to go. I like the neighbourhood and how it was quiet and a grocery store that was a 13 minute walk from.the hotel.
I do not think there qas anything I did not like. I only had trouble finding the hotel after getting off the metro.

Very well located for my customer. I walked in under 15 minutes. Good restaurant just along the road too. Can't fault it. Staff Very helpful.
Nothing although more vegan options would be good but staff sorted me with gluten free rolls for breakfast. Not the same but the effort was appreciated.

The staff can not speak Dutch only French and broken English and it's a shame as Belgium is loosing it's identity to the French. The staff was not very friendly or helpful but it makes sense as that is a trademark of the French

The room had air con, which was greatly appreciated! The bed was extremely comfy and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel is very close to Palais 12, which is where I was heading. Staff were very friendly. They served food at the bar but it was not exactly quality. Microwaved meals but it was appreciated that they served food all night. Free bottle of water in the room which was a nice touch. Plenty of power points in the room.
No tea or coffee in the room. It's not too much to ask for, is it?

The staff was helpful and very kind. It is located very close to ING arena and Atomium. Also close to good good shops.
The bathrooms NEED to have latches. It’s not fun trying to do your thing while all the time looking at the door thinking your kid can burst in anytime
