I have stayed several times in this hotel and I can certainly confirm that it has a high and stable quality of service. It is clean and provides the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The rooms are quite and as spacious as needed for one person. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is more than satisfying. The location is perfect, especially if someone travels for work in the European institutions. The heat is working perfectly and there is hot water (which is not granted for many hotels in Brussels!).

Due to the location, the prices are often too high compared to the services provided.

The only misunderstanding we had was regarding the price difference between what I've book on Booking and what the hotel system had. Hotel system showed that I had to pay 50 euros more. The misunderstanding was resolved quickly, but my initial reaction was, "what"? I had a set limit from my employer, and I was not ready to pay out of my pocket for my job trip. My first experience actually, when my booking reference had a different price from what I was asked at the hotel.

The beds are extremely comfortable. And it's nice that you can actually open the window for fresh air. The room wasn't overheated as often hotel rooms are. The people on reception were extremely nice. I really appreciated the late checkout however it would have been helpful if the receptionist had noted it on my room as they rang me the next morning and expected me to leave by 11am. They were very nice and polite about it but a note on the system would have negated the need for a phonecall. Breakfast was fantastic, and the presentation of breakfast was very impressive.

I took a bit off for the rating as there was no bottled water in the room when I arrived and so had to ask reception to drop some up. Then when I had a cup of tea I noticed there was no spoon provided. Separate conditioner to shampoo in the bathroom would be appreciated as well, as would a vanity pack with cotton wool and ear buds. Instead I got two shower caps

Perfectly placed near a lot of the major EU buildings but on a bit quieter end of the nearby streets. A lot of food options nearby as well, which is an added bonus. More or less exactly what I expected.

I had a 2 person room for just me, and there were separate card slots for airconditioning and lights. That meant that with one card I could choose to either have lights OR airconditioning, not both. When I mentioned this when checking out, I was told "that's not possible". That left me with a bit of a bad taste, considering I had especially tested this. The airco unit did not work if there was no card inserted in the slot above it, and if I put my card there, all the lights turned off... luckily my visit was in November so it wasn't that much of a problem, but customer service left a bit to be desired. Breakfast was good enough but I felt like it was not quite up to the standards of a 4 star hotel, especially as my cappuccino from the machine ended up being milkless... twice.

It is located in a very accessible location and easily reachable, both by car and public transport. The train & metro station Shuman is within walking distance of the hotel. The property was clean, room was everything we could wish for and breakfast was superb.

While all staff was friendly, it would be nice that they recognise guests walking in or exiting the hotel with a “good morning”, “good evening” or similar. They now only did that after we said that to them.

24hr reception, foosball table in the lobby, spacious room, modern feel, room had a safe, good views, window you could open, big TV, friendly staff, quiet safe area right next to European Commission, short walk to the parc cinquantaire. Bus and metro stops nearby.

The mattress was on the softer side, and I think the TV wasnt smart.

I had a great experience and enyoyed my stay mostly because of the walking distance accessibility to many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was easy to reserve or take Taxis at the hotel. Cleaning and front desk staff were formidable and always available. Very clean room and facilities. My favorite part was that it was safe to walk during day and night. Easy to walk from the hotel to enjoy and experience the city of Brussels.

Breakfast could be more generous in regard to vegetables options and dairy products. The request for one hot lactose free cappuccino during the breakfast time took about 27 minutes and I needed to approach two waitresses but the second was incredibly kind and helpful and I appreciate greatly all the efforts made to fulfill the wish for a cappuccino 🙏

Staff handled everything with warmth and professionalism. The Hotel is ideally located for people enegaging with the European Commission, parliament and associated government offices. There are ample supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and excellent transport links.

Breakfast is pricey for what you get.

Great, beautiful location, close to metro & bus stations, parks and places to eat; comfortable room that's warm in winter.

Some lights did not turn off without turning off the power in the room entirely; on the second floor, there was a streetlamp next to the window, meaning that the room wasn't entirely dark at night.
