Good place to stay. The room is not big enough but really comfortable. The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. The breakfast is good and tasty. Good verity of tee and tasty coffee provided. You can choose the time of breakfast. The car can be parked either in front of the hotel or inside. The personnel is very friendly. A small fridge with drinks is in a room. Good

The water in the tap smells disgusting. You should carry drinking water with you. Very strange architectural design of the room. The wc is separated from the sleeping area with the sliding door, which closes not properly. All smells from the bathroom you can feel in the room. No hot meal during breakfast.

Friendly host, nice breakfast, beautiful garden, super warm room, beer in the fridge, big bed suitable for tall people like me, free parking near the door - everything is comfortable and convenient. If you will go for a walk - don't be afraid to go to the fields and forests around, it's nice experience. Location is between Antwerp and Ghent, 40 minutes drive from Ghent and 1 hour drive from Antwerp - perfect location if you want to see both cities

Everything was good

It was a bit like staying with your grandfather. We felt welcome the moment the door opened. Had a bit of trouble to get the door opened when we came back but even though it was insanely late we still got help with a smile. Breakfast was great as well, a lot of choice and nice fresh foods. We couldn't have had a better stay, solid 10/10

The Room was lovely very clean the Bed was massive and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful.

I thought on my Booking it was with shower attached to room which it wasn’t l had to go out of bedroom and cross the landing which also for the toilet which isn’t very good in the middle of the night this with the lack of variety for breakfast not even toast or cereal which would of been nice only bread Jam and a couple of fresh meats .

The host was lovely! Very welcoming and polite, and served a fantastic breakfast every morning.

Not too much really. A bit more information would have been good, for example we didn't know that the water wasn't really drinkable in the area until asking around.

I liked it a lot! the location is between Ghent and Brussels, and very quiet and beautiful location, the breakfast was excellent, the owner was very kind, very clean in the rooms and in the bathroom, unfortunately I didn't take pictures, I highly recommend this location, I would come back again and again. Thank you!

The bed was so comfortable and you had your own key to the front door. There were drinks available in the fridge too.

Everything was perfect.

Two bedrooms one had a bathroom, the other had the bathroom on the same floor but a seperate one. Very fine breakfast.
