B-aparthotel Regent is located at Boulevard Du Regent 58, Brussels 1000. It is opposite Madou subway station and about 15 mins walk to Cathedrale des Sts-Michel et Gudule along Rue de la Croix de Fer. It is an unmanned hotel so entry is by code on first day and thereafter by card key. The room and bathroom are large and have a small space with kettle, refrigerator and oven. The bed is spacious. New towels are given every few days. Toiletries are by Rituals.

The area is business and commercial so there are few food and beverage shops, especially since we stayed through Sat to Mon, and Mon being Whit Mon, a public holiday, so nothing was open. The cafe adjoining the hotel where optional breakfast was served did not even open. Everything came alive on Tue morning working day.

The apartment was very secure, clean and quiet. The pillows are very comfortable and the heating is quick at heating up the apartment. Its approx 20 mins walk to Central Station, or you can get the metro from Madou (it's 1 mins walk from the apartment). We decided to walk to the centre/Christmas Markets and get the metro back. There is also another Metro station approx 7 mins walk called Kunst Wet. Obviously it depends on where you want to go.

The WiFi signal wasn't great. We did ask for a booster but it still wasn't the best. The toilet door is glass, I walked into it a few times thinking it was open, it also doesn't leave a lot of privacy when using the toilet or shower.

Spacious room , quiet place , comfortable bed clean bathroom.Close to a metro ( Madou )station and bus stops ( 29,63,65,66), plenty of restaurants available near by . 15-18 minutes walk to Brussels Central station or the Grote market .

We didn’t like the see through glass , somewhat tainted though, at the bathroom door especially when the inside lights are on . In our particular case , knowing we were a couple staying in , only single card key was left for us which caused a lot of grief to us as the room lights and the lifts all worked with the key card. Another key was provided at the next day . A notification was on display at the main reception to use the rubbish container on the first floor , we could not find any !!

The location was great, making it easy to walk to nearby places. Public transport is also just a stone's throw away. The rooms are nice and spacious enough for a family.

The parking area is quite congested, and if you have a larger vehicle, like a full SUV, it can be challenging to navigate the entry and exit of the parking garage. It’s a bit tight. Additionally, the bathroom has a glass door, and I noticed that while there is a provision for a curtain outside the bathroom door, which is right next to the bedroom, our room was missing the curtain. The clips were hanging, but it seems they forgot to install the curtain, which would have been quite helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights in May and we were very happy with the room. During the booking process, we weren't sure which of the pictured rooms we were going to be given, but we ended up in the dark coloured room. It was clean, modern, comfortable, had a well-equipped kitchenette and large bathroom. An express supermarket is across the road and it is an easy 1km walk into the centre of town. The area seemed 'safe'. The self check-in instructions worked well for us after re-reading them a couple of times. Although the foyer is generally not manned, we happened to see 3 different employees there over the 3 days, and they were happy to answer questions.

Minor considerations: We only received 1 key card, which made it tricky if we were out separately. On request we were given a second key card. Perhaps request a second key card prior to your stay. It was great to have a dishwasher, although we didn't find it cleaned particularly effectively, so we washed a few dishes by hand. The TV isn't a smart TV, so we couldn't get Netflix and television channels in English appeared limited (although we didn't spend much time watching it).

I have seen many reviews saying this aparthotel is showing age, this is not true- this is a beautiful apartment, fully furnished, black and white theme, super bathroom, located opposite to a metro station and Carrefour, ATM next door, less than 1 km to grand place, and palace. Big TV, comfy sofas and beds, heating and ac, fairly well equipped kitchen. Check in and check out was easy.

Well, I have seen many people point out this, but they still haven't considered changing it seems- there is only one key card. So if you want to go out and buy something quickly, or you want to go out without your family - either you have to leave the others without electricity (because you have to put the card in the holder with sensor to power up the apartment) or they have to come downstairs to let you in because the lift only works with the key card. It's a major inconvenience. Second thing is asking for credit card details for damage protection deposit without an inspection with you before/after stay. The bathroom door is transparent like, fully transparent.

It feels like home - for the apparent reason of it being an apartment 😁

Quite a distance from the major tourist spots - about 20-30 mins away (on foot) and on the way back to the hotel/apartment all the way uphill 😅 Also, the gym is a big no no! It is more like a small storage room - converted into a gym by putting in 2 cardio machines. No ventilation at all - hence very stuffy.

We booked the apartment and it was very convenient for travel with a baby. Both rooms were larger than expected, kitchen had all basic utilities. They had set up a baby cot and were very helpful when we needed an extra bed for the night for a friend who happened to be in Brussels for one night during our stay. The staff replied to emails fast and were helpful with everything.

The street nearby outside is a little loud, but we expected some street noise so not a big problem.

It's a comfortable room in a good location. It's about a 15-minute walk to Grand Place. The double room has a microwave, a small fridge, and basic tableware for a small meal. The supermarket and metro station are just across the street.

The cleaning could be a bit better. The tableware was not very clean, so we decided to wash it before using it. It might also feel strange that there is no front desk, but they have a phone number you can call if you need something.

After reading other reviews i was very nervous, there seemed so many complaints, i was expecting problems, we entered the property following the instruction sent by confirmation, opened the door easily, its one of those doors you have to pull towards you first then push open. We stayed in a studio for 5 nights, for the 2 of us very spacious, bed big and comfy, well equipped kitchenette for cooking, (we only did breakfast) but could of cooked more, sofa with tv area, seperate big bathroom with bath plus seperate walkin shower luxury, good heating and silent, i thought it wasnt working so contacted the office, who was very prompt in replying, but in the end it was working, just needed to turn temp up, my fault, on the whole really happy. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
