Everything was fine, it was last time booking, I was happy that I found this place. 15 minutes walking to the city center, easy check-in and check-out, access to the room with a card. Kind mens on reception. The room was comfortable, warm. I saw the air conditioner, but it's winter, so I didn't use it. TV was also in the room. The place was clean, laundry as well. 4 towels in the room for me, shower gel, and soap.

The hair dryer in the room was broken, but I didn't ask to change it because I had my own.

The place is unbelievably underrated. The room was very spacious and very very clean. No road noise or music around. Location is very well. 10-15 minutes walk to heart of Brussels. There are markets restaurants and hairdressers and stuff in the vicinity and I really liked this place. Booking.com showed no breakfast but there was breakfast between 7am and 10am. The variety seemed reasonable although I didn't eat. I suggest this place

You hear people inside the corridors but this was a brief noise as people pass to their rooms.

Excellent location and quick check in and check out process. Helpful staff at the reception. Requested quiet room prior arrival and indeed room was quiet our entire 4 nights stay. Lots of shops around and metro station 2 min walk away. Good stable WiFi signal.

Bad smell coming from the bathroom, has to keep the doors closed. Room has a simple but modern decor, was missing bed side lights, it looked like rooms are under some maintenance works and it hasn’t been installed yet.

I booked the hotel with notes that I wanted to put my luggage at the receptionist since I arrived at 11am while the checkin time is 2pm. When I arrived there, the receptionist said the room is ready and I can check in early without extra cost. For those who was tired, its a very understandable move coming from the staff. Thank you

Botanique metro and train station (Gare du Nord) are within a short walking distance. Plenty of shops and eating places in the neighbourhood. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Kind and helpful staff.

Broken window handle needs to be fixed. Toilet brush would come in handy.

The room is very spacious. The window went out on the inner yard, which was pretty ugly, but quiet, which I really liked given there was a football game that night. The surrounding is full of good Turkish shops and cafes. The staff let me have some coffee even though I didn't order breakfast.

The wifi didn't work. It would allow me to connect but there was no access to internet.

Nice and quiet place with welcoming staff. Good and fresh breakfast. Not too far from the North railway station.

A little uphill. Also, there is no elevator, but as it is a three flour building it matters only the first day (when taking baggage upstairs).

We liked everything, there is a bus stop nearby, several stops to the center and to the train stations. There are several places to eat nearby, open from morning until late. The room was clean, check-in was fast. I can recommend this hotel.

It was a little noisy when neighbors moved in in the middle of the night. But this is the fault of the guests, not the hosts.

tv was not functioning, could not charge my smartphone in the room, but there were charging points outside, in the corridor. My room faced the street and so cars could be heard at 5.30a.m passing by.
