We received a lovely welcome from staff. We were able to leave our luggage before checking-in. The room was large with an enormous bed which was extremely comfortable and had lovely pillows. It was good to be eco-friendly - to decline housekeeping and receive 2 drinks vouchers for the bar. It was greatto have a Nespresso machine and we were able to ask for more pods. The shower was great. Water was provided and a fridge. There was also a safe. Our AC wasn't working but we reported it and it was fixed very promptly.

We were told a room was available before our checking-in-time but they wanted about 60Eur for the privilege! This seems to be a current way with hotels nowadays though. The artwork is extremely wacky which was fine but didn't like the floor in the bedroom - was like walking on a shiny surface in a car park. Our room was next to the lifts - not great for the sound of whirring as well as people talking early/late.

I like everything about the hotel! The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. It is right outside of a tram station, and it doesn't take long to get to the airport or the main train station. The breakfast was out of this world, everything that you could want for breakfast. It included a Belgium waffle making station with so many toppings, a mimosa station, multiple types of fresh juices, cereal and grains, typical meat and cheeses, an omelett station, and many different bread types. I wish every hotel that advertised a breakfast made a whole buffet with such fresh food. It was really worth the price, don't miss out on it!

There's not much around the hotel, it is most likely more ideal for business. The lack of things in the area and the rain led to me staying inside for the duration of my stay.

The room were spacious, well-decorated and nicely separated from the bathroom... The reception lady (Natalia) was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast hall was big enough to accommodate a god experience in breakfast time.

The rooms, elevators and maybe entire building need renovation. The nice concept does not anymore impact properly when you see a lot of old and poorly maintained walls, doors.... The breakfast had limited types of breads, and it needs to be more diverse to provide everyone with their breakfast styles. The noise from the street and corridors was high, another reason for a need to good renovation to isolate the rooms acoustically.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I mentioned in the special requests feature when booking that we were coming to Brussels for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday celebrations, not expecting to receive anything, and were blown away by how much the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! Upon entering the room we were greeted with a beautiful display of cakes and fruits, a voucher for a free drink in the bar, a handwritten birthday card, and we even got to dine in the restaurant for breakfast at no extra charge. We cannot thank the staff enough for this, it really did make my boyfriend’s birthday that bit more special! :)

The hotel is conveniently located next to Botanic garden & within a walking distance to all the major sightseeing objects. I was offered a free upgrade as the room I booked had a view on the building undergoing demolishing - extremely grateful to the staff as I needed to recover from a long flight from the US. We made a mistake by not booking breakfast in advance, hoping to experience local cuisine but around this place there are mainly Turkish restaurants located. When we decided to eat in house the next day we were really astonished with the quality & diversity of the breakfast offered! It is definitely in TOP 3 best breakfast we have ever had anywhere at the hotels! Highly recommended! P.S. Adding a picture with the superb view from the gym.

We always stay here when having our trips to Brussels. It's the best hotel. Everything is great! - the view from the room, the hotel atmosphere - the rooms are spacious and clean, the shower is great, has great products, the bed is comfortable, we always rest properly! The receptionists, like Carlos, who is a great person, always positive and helpful! All the bartenders are very attentive and nice, Luis is our friend now, preparing us drinks and chatting with us everytime we stay there, aways making us feel welcome! I really like the policy of having a drink on the house if the cleaning isn't required for the room. My wife always has her favorite Fever tree ginger ale with this occasion. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of choices, the croissant is delicious!

On our first stay, one year ago I think, at the restaurant there were more choices for dinner, like steak for example, which was not available afterwards. It would be really helpful for everyone, I think, to be able to have dinner at the hotel, by giving more options. Currently we can't have dinner at the hotel and we wish we could. And it's a pitty, because the chef is very good!

I really liked the hotel. The location is very convenient – it's close to both the metro, the train station, and the city center. The room is nice and clean. There's an option to make coffee, and a mini fridge is available. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities. A nice surprise for our child was a branded toy. The concept of cleaning is also interesting – if you decline room cleaning in the afternoon, you can receive a complimentary coffee, tea, wine, or beer as a gift. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view.Another advantage is the free luggage storage

It was a bit cold in the room

It was nice overall. It was easily accessible and well located, and the staff was very helpful and ready to assist. There are extras offered on demand for example, the room had a very cold floor and I wanted a pair of slippers. I was provided with a pair promptly. Comfortable bed. They also had a self-service kiosk to buy essentials near the reception - snacks, beer, wine, toothpaste and adapters.

I got a room facing the road, which is very busy and trams going all the time. It was noisy in the night and is not well insulated to stop the noise from the road. Also breakfast is priced at EUR 24/-, which I think is expensive for Brussels. Room had an eclectic colour scheme which was not the best and the heating seems to work only in a part of the room. It was cold towards the glass wall (facing the main road).

in short, everything. A cinch to get there from Brussels Zuid/Midi, a few stops on the 2 or 6 metro. Hotel right across the street, next to the gorgeous Botanique (Botanical Gardens). Walking into the lobby you feel like you're in a contemporary art museum, interesting lighting and decorating. Front desk staff very welcoming, took time to explain everything without my having to ask for Wifi info, meal times, etc. Room...OMG. Was room 711, view of Brussels and environment was about 180 degrees, could see all the way from downtown to the "atom" at the former Worlds Fair. Room was so interesting, bathroom (walk-in shower, my favorite), had lighting like a photography darkroom (red lights) or whatever combo you wanted. Fridge with bottled water, plus Nespresso machine, tea, some Biscoff cookies. Lots of hangers. TV hidden behind sliding door, which when opened leads to you to the "computer desk", also with a stunning view. Bed (king size) spectacularly comfortable. Restaurant had great food, had dinner there both nights. Friendly bartenders. Food was very good - recommend the gyoza.

Lighting setup was very confusing. Door doesn't lock from the inside, however it is safe on the outside. No reading lights over the bed. Cheesecake was dry and not really too tasty.

Large, comfy bedroom with two individual beds put side by side (which was fine for us as it gave us even more space - kind of like a king size bed), nice decoration and nice view as well even though we had the "classic room" offer. Staff was friendly. Location is convenient and next to metro and tram, 20 minutes walk will take you right in the center of town. We thought the location was very good, as we passed by other big names in the hotel industry located right in the center and it did not appeal to us at all (most are located on a big avenue with no charm, right in front of fast food restaurants etc). Plus, we liked the environmentally friendly aspect (you have a free drink if you agree to not have your room cleaned everyday).
