Great location, next to Schumann and all European institutions. Great value for money, the room had a bed and a lounge section with a couch. Very clean and new equipment. This is not a 5-star hotel, but the cleanliness and the equipment and facilities were amazing. Very helpful host - I could leave my luggage in my room because nobody was checking in that day. Otherwise, there's a luggage storage room.

Other rooms are quite easy to hear, so it might be loud. Breakfast is minimal, something warm would've been great. But these are minor issues, compared to the value and the quality of service.

Great location in the middle of the EU quarter. Easy check-in and out was super convenient for a business traveller with no wait in the queue. What I particularly liked was a lovely little desk facing a window. When you have to prep for some work next day, fresh air and sun light really helps you cheer up.

I missed a refrigerator. I always like to have a bottle of cold mineral water while I stay at a hotel. A bottle came with the room, which was a nice surprise, but I couldn't chill it.

the room was very clean and nice, very comfortable bed and everything provided (iron, hairdryer, boiler, ..). Great location as well; I particularly appreciated the kindness and flexibility letting me enter my room early morning as my flight landed at 6 am; would have been very hard otherwise so this kind gesture was a life saver!

The narrow stairs made it a bit hard to carry luggage all the way to 2nd floor; maybe a TV would be a good addition, but not essential.

The room was very well set. The bed was cosyas well as the sitting palces. they were quite uitable for the work and leasure. The kitchen equipment was quite good, but i didn´t cook a lot. The room was quiet with the soft lights.

The kettle was little bit small for my needs, since i drink a lot of tea. I needed to put the fridge in electircity, but with the phone help of the host I managed.

This is a great place to stay for visiting the European Commission quarter! Getting into the room was very easy and I loved that there was a little sitting area with a couch and small kitchenette. Very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean!

The pillows weren't very good and it was hard to plug in the water boiler for a cup of tea (I just ended up putting it on the floor).

The place is strategically located between the European Commission buildings and the place is spectacular. An oasis of calm with an attention to detail in the room but also the breakfast. Moreover, the communication with Paloma was easy, fast and she was helping with each of my requests. Will be my go-to place from now on when in Brussels. Thank you Paloma!

nothing, literally nothing.

There was no reception desk, but the checkin and checkout & invoice tranmission went well. The room was small, but the equipment is really OK (though I personally missed TV a bit), clean, good atmosphere (wood,...).

In the morning (I was awake already) evidently several other guests left early, there was quite some noise. In the evening I also heard once my neighbours coming in, but not too late - this was no problem.

The room was like in the photos. Very clean, warm and cozy. The bathroom very nice as well. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! They have a little bit of everything you may need, really worth the money! The location was great, very near to EU buildings (comfortable if you have a meeting the next day there). I also checked in very late, and found it safe to walk to the place in the night. The host is very nice and polite!

The only problem may be that there is not very well soundproof, so, if your neighbors are very noisy, you may have problems. For me, it was ok, probably the other guests were there for work, so, they also needed to rest the night before. At first, I didn't like the fact that there is no tv, but maybe better, keeps the noise away from other rooms.

Nice and perfectly clean room and bathroom. Equiped with the most necessary things. It was good that I was able to make a coffee for myself. Easy check in even during the night (no reception, you got a code). The accomodation is practically a flat turned into rooms. Great location, nice design.

The walls are thin, and doors has less noise protection. But I slept well, everybody was careful and quite.

Very nicely done up room, albeit rather small. Nice breakfast room, a bit garden style. Good continental breakfast. Friendly owner. Good location for Pl. Jourdain and the European Parliament and other institutions. Buses and metro not far away.

The bed was a bit spartanic and the pillow a bit lumpy. I didn't need it, but I was surprised that there was no TV in the room.
