We loved that the apartment was family friendly very much like a suite. It had access to a separate kitchen, a fully equipped gym and a pool with a sauna, There was also a laundry room with a dryer on the floor. Perfect. Transportation was brilliant as the apartment was a few hundred metres from the Brussels Luxembourg station. For families who love to cook, there are supermarkets less than a mile from where you are. The star of course is Celia, the receptionist/ floor manager at Renaissance Hotel where you check into the apartment. She checked us in early and her customer service was par excellence. We really appreciated her cooperation and help. Loved it and will definitely book again.

Minor Gripe - The air-conditioning in the bedroom was a bit touch and go. Think this should be looked at as we were quite hot a few nights.

The apt was next to the Renaissance Hotel so any issues could be solved immediately. Charles at reception and Allen at tech support were helpful and friendly. The room lighting was warm. There’s a very good general store close by and a doner restaurant opened till late just in the front . The gym is very good well equipped

Housekeeping didn’t do the dishes nor follow up on anything during our stay. The shower needs to be restructured.

Great space and parking at hotel. Very close to bus route and easy access to Christmas market. Great facilities and good size room, even sofa bed was comfortable

Scan code to show hotel info (provided by hotel) has the wrong time on it that breakfast was to be served until. So we rocked up with only 10 minutes before it finished, rather than the 70 minutes we thought we had. Very rushed and management were not happy about us being there so late, so service was hit and miss

The apartment was amazing, made even better with the terrace. Great space for 3 of us and bar and food in hotel was excellent.

Had a few small things wrong, like problems with chromecast, no batteries in the remote, and not able to connect to WIFI. Had hassle trying to get staff to help. Just promises of calling up to room, which never happened. Other than those small things was a lovely stay. If your looking to book close to the centre on Brussles, I would suggest booking elsewhere. Just to far to walk through empty streets and taxis are expensive.

Nice apartment close to the city center, major train stations and the metro. The facilities are good. The beds are comfortable, including the folding sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom work well. The apartment was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a quiet location, for a good night's sleep.

I would add a shower curtain and more lights. The room was a bit dark at night.

Fantastic apartments, it had everything you need. Spotless and great location.

There was an issue with the swimming pool, I'm unsure if it was miscommunication or unhelpful staff. After arriving they said about the swimming pool and my daughter wanted to go, they showed us shops to attain a costume that night. Rushed around to get it, then was told that we had to book in advance, when we turned up ready to swim. It was exhausting. We got her a desert to make up for it, which she didn't eat and the waitress was lovely and convinced her to try the ice cream, but it did tinge the stay.

Nice bathroom; Comfortable bed; Big flat TVs in main room and bedroom. Got free beverages while waiting for my room. Very nice staff. Good location.

Room was not ready by my arrival, even when I arrived past my scheduled time. Microwave oven was partially broken - plate rotating not worked so meals was not evenly heated. Lighting is quite dim, which is OK, but in the kitchen area would be better to have more lights. False fire alarm spoiled one evening by waiting outside the building during the cold weather.

The location, swimming pool, and surrounding area are perfect. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Although all amenities and facilities were available, the details of the finish were severely lacking. The apartment’s interior reflects a style from the 1980s and feels significantly outdated, except for the bathroom area.

Lovely sized apartment with views over city. Basic provisions available - toiletries and basic tea and coffee and washing up items. Very clean and spacious. Bed mattress in main double room a little firm for me! Kitchen small but perfectly functional. Limited coking items but sufficient for a short stay. We combined eating out with self catering and it worked well. The leisure facilities at the hotel were a real bonus.

We requested a couple of additional coffee pods for our third day ( the coffee machine provided is a pod design) but none came 😬

Location - very quiet. Close to buses and easy to commute across Brussels.

Darkness in a room as no ceiling lamps only side lamps which make it difficult sometime. Loud sound in pipes when you use toilet.
